The Greenhouse has always provided really great service to recreational clients and medical patients alike. I had ordered my purchase online and when I went to go pick it up Cj my budtender was very attentive to me, she even made me giggle when she was joking with me through the glass. It made me feel like people care still. Also shout out to Jared, he was a phenomenal help while keeping things moving along outside. You guys are amazing 😘 ✌🤝🏃♂️👣💁♀️💚💯

What's going on with curbside pickup? The last 3 times I've been there for curbside I was told at every possible point along the way curbside is available. Called to make sure it was available last time. Even the parking lot attendant asked if I would be going inside or using curbside. Not until i sent the text to say i had arrived was i told curbside wasn't currently available. Update the information on your site for future customers, or inform your staff of current operating procedures I had at least 3 hours of my life wasted because of a lack of communication.

This was my exclusive place for my medical needs from the day it opened. Ive probably spent a couple thousand dollars here. Their prices for flower have always been high (no pun intended) and I was told it was because of the licensing and the regulations they had to follow. ONLY 3 STARS because another liscenced company opened up less than a mile from them and their prices for flower are HALF of the Greenhouse.

I can only give a mediocre rating on my first visit today. I placed on online order and received a text shortly after saying my order was ready. I drove 35 minutes to get there and was told there was an hour wait. I waited just over an hour before my order was brought to the car. Employee was okay but offered no apology for the excessive wait. Probably won’t be back until they get it together.

The Greenhouse has a very dedicated team rapidly working to serve both medical & recreational customers with a profound loyalty! Revolutionizing the dispensary structure with a well-designed website, email confirmation, order updates, and curbside pick up. The Greenhouse was featured in The Cannabis Bussiness Times describing how Jerry Millen (Owner) has spent years actively advocating for the people of Michigan lobbying state representatives which subsequently helped push the final legislation and legalization of cannabis sales. I am sure Mr. Millen was at high risk reorganizing the facility, business model, and even expanding with buying a second parking lot to accommodate customers during this pandemic. Creating new jobs and serving the people!

I purchased CBD gummies for sleep. They appear to be good quality. But, the prices are higher than two other shops I recently discovered with equal quality. The wait time at GreenHouse during this Covid19 pandemic are long. Ordered on-line, 30 minutes later told my order was ready. Arrived at the store and waited about 25 minutes. I suppose it's reasonable considering they have a lot of products and the store is popular. Less popular stores are walk in, shop and go, no wait.

I've purchased from both here and Lume right down the street. I've been going to Lume, but when I wanted to order Lume didn't have anything that I wanted. Pros of Greenhouse:Their curbside pickup is far more efficient and organized than Lume. You pull up to a spot, text the number your name, spot, and if you're rec or med. Waited maybe 15 minutes for the entire process to be completed so we were on our way out.They have much more product to offer than Lume and from other growers. The price of all product is essentially the same across the board. I actually preferred Greenhouse's flower in terms of effect.Cons of Greenhouse:Their packaging. Absolutely dislike how they package their flower, dislike how they give you your order in a white paper bag where you can very clearly smell the product in your car before opening anything. Their flower for the most part actually looks pretty bad in their 1g offerings. In one of my bags it had some stems in, the rest were decent enough. Regardless of looks, it was all good product at the end of the day which matters most. Their packaging will make me continue to visit Lume still though. I'm one of those people who appreciate good packaging. Even if they offered more discreet packaging, packaging for flower not in bags, for an extra $1-2 I would pay for it

Horrible. It wasnt more than 20 cars in the parkinglot and I had to wait 2 whole hours with no communication. I watched other cars pull up get their products and leave. I was a first time patient and last time. I understood it was going to take some time since this was my first time here, but 2 HOURS!?!?. It took 30mins jus to bring my change. Got home and the flowers were dried out. I really want my money and time back but since I cant have them I will bad mouth GREENHOUSE to every person I come in contact with. Just freaking horrible.

What's not to like. The drive to get here is fabulous coming from Detroit. The serenity and peace you get from lake views are just icing on the cake. I LOVE this dispensary! The inside reminds me of those old fashioned candy stores that stocked every sweet you can imagine. The selections are endless for every type of consumption. I have yet to be disappointed. To the budtenders....THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE in these critical times you ABSOLUTELY make the difference! Best curbside pickup of any business out there!!!!

This place is amazing! Their selection and expertise is second to none, their customer service is exemplary, and as someone who's live in walled lake for 15 years, it also pleases me intensely to see how respectful they are of local residents and property. Truly an outstanding addition to walled lake and without a doubt among the best dispensaries in the state. Go here, you won't regret it.
