They are friendly. But they majorly disappointing and IMPORTANT factor was discussing with me my current meds and disease before recommending , which they did not and it turned into an ugly situation for myself because they suggested products super enhanced my meds that I was on to treat my current condition which includes a pain patch with Buprenorphine - I think it is incredibly important to ensure the staff can handle situations like this when folks like me come in and how to handle after, I called twice and they kinda blew me off as no big thing and it was such a bad bad reaction that I am afraid to touch the stuff again.
