I had been going here for a couple of years exclusively. One day I had left my wallet at home, and asked to use a picture of my licence (assumed they would say no but worth a try). The doorman snickered and told me if I had time to take a picture of it, then I had time to not forget my ID. He basically was calling me a liar based on his assumption. I was extremely upset. emailed the owner and he was to call me to smooth it out. Never called. Be nice to your patrons. I took my business to a competitor.

Love this place. I've frequented since they opened. I always receive fast and friendly service from the veteran employees. The new floors and new cases look great.. but the organization of said cases was not anywhere near what I'm used to. Stuff was clearly labeled wrong and things were sort of out of place and not with similar items.. not so sure of the new GMs customer service skills. I was in today and didn't receive a smile or a hello. I know you were busy but his service is NOT what I'm used to from THC Shoppe...

Want knowledge? Visit these guys! Ask what you want & they seem to have the answers! Prices are comparable to other places. This place is Well organized, clean, & controlled. Be SURE to have your ID Ready upon Entry! Gray hair doesn't get you in! LOLEmployees are friendly & very Helpful.

IMPORTANT: The 10 pack of half gram joints honestly disappointed me. Before I lit one up I noticed that the joints were smalll, a little too small, for it to contain half a gram of weed. I took out my scale and the entire joint with the filter and the paper weighed .40g. I took a joint apart and the weed itself weighed .25. Imagine how much weed and money they’re stealing from you.

Bought a cartridge and it was defective it would burn the oil just wouldn't get no hit from it so took it back they did there "test" on it which it showed it burning the oil so they told me it was working properly I tried to explain it to them and they refused to replace the defective cartridge saying that they know it doesnt work and people complained in the past but if it shows it burning the oil but still not getting any smoke they cant do anything about it, proceed to say they were sorry and give me a discount on a new one, so they can give me a discount to replace my broken cartridge but simply cant replace it

Although I am not a user of hemp / cannabis products, I have been curious about the operation of such establishments since Washington legalized them. This was a charming location and very professional staff. I'm in my 60s and they still required I show ID. It almost reminded me of a jewelry store. 🙂

I regularly visit this store but I must not be biased when reviewing a business. When you first get inside you are greeted by a person ready to check your Id. Then you start out by looking at their products in cases. This I do not like. Reason being, if you want to smell or look at the cannabis you like, you then have to go on other side of store to cage. This is very inconvenient and time consuming. Other than the flow of their store, everything else is pretty good. They have a nice selection of flower in various sized bags and joints. They have oil and shatter for the hard core cannabis smoker. Now they are expanding and sell paraphernalia. You can get water pipes, oil pipes, grinders, and various other supplies for your smoking needs. When you finally memorize everything you want, you go to a blocked off corner in the store. You then tell the cashier what you want and they try and sell you more items. Really, you have to go thru 2-3 salesmen at this point. Everything is reasonably priced. Once your a regular, the process is way easier. I like this little cannabis shop, but I'm a businessman first. Respectfully 4 star rating.

Excellent selection and service. Edibles, waxes, crumble and dab. Paraphernalia. Friendly engaging customer service. They check ID every time and always welcome you back. Wenatchee's best 2 years running. (2016-2017)I am editing this post because there is something special going on at this store. I have been doing reviews for a long time. The holy grail for is me is customer service. If you go out of your way to make me feel welcome or happy I think it is important to talk about such things. This place is always busy for a reason. And no they are not the only dispensary in town. They are just the best and it because of more than just their wares. Speaking of their wares. The purple is in bloom: Berry and Purple Elephant look amazing. Tell them Kevin sent you.
