I called in, they helped me through the whole registering process on their website over the phone. He was very patient with me when I called in 4 or 5 times with questions. Drove a good ways in a short time to show me the product. He let me shop in person when he arrived at my location. I was also given samples, and a free 1/8 with my order. Generous, and reasonably priced
