Myofascial Release & Craniosacral Therapy are the two therapy's combined to help sulitify the Fascia System that is crushing pressure in our bodies! Thank you, Frank for sharing your knowledge & helping my husband & I pick up the pieces after my car accident that made me a different person, that I did not like. My vertigo is gone (so much happier,) starting to walk with out that jolting, stabbing pain from my left sacrum! I am more able to be reliable! Such a great feeling! I started out with 2.0- 1.5 sessions 3-4x a week, then scattered 2.0 sessions.
