I must admit i adore this place. The staff is friendly. They remember my name, and what I love effortlessly. They are highly involved in the DTES and their product is great.The reception hallway could use a tune up and a clean up to really stand out against local competition and this is why i rate it 3 stars.But if you want good product, knowledgeable staff at reasonable prices, this is the go-to spot.

FAV PLACE! It's on Hastings, so location is a wee sketchy, also not visually displaying because of this reason. Honestly tho, you can't see the bud from across from the room anyways so it's not making any difference. Their weed is alwayssssss on point and prices are the best i have found anywhere in Van (unfortunatly lol). ALSO, everyone that works there is ohh SOOOO lovely and chill. So friendly and such relaxed vibes! Such quick service, always so helpful. Every damn time i leave that place I can't stop smiling and it feels like Christmas day. Thanks Healing Tree!!! you all make my day:)

Always friendly staff. Great dealsIve been going to the healing Tree for the last few years now. Ive always liked their service in store. This evening they blew me away when they personally delivered me my orders when for some unknown reasons my order hadn't come to me yet. Fantastic service, wicked good products for a great price. Highly recommend this dispensary to anyone. Thank you for your amazing service.

This has been my go to place for a while now. Consistent pot, few times they were low on selection though. Its a bit of a difficulty checking multiple strains. The person has to keep going back and get the other strain which seems to annoy them. They wont just bring out multiple strains to check at once. besides the few issues I still come back because i always leave with good pot at a price cheaper than a lot of the other stores.

Located in a junked out part of town the place is run down. Staff sketchy. Was not let inside because I was not a member. I am not surprised they have a security booth with locked door due to the area. Prices are actually quite high 12$/g and the product is prepackaged as per the conversation I had. He would not do deals for a half ounce and that pretty much sealed the deal for me. Waste of time. Came from Burnaby because I read it was decent.

Rating it one star for costumer service and online orders: your phones work 50% of the time and i was told two very different things when i called in to order, and called in to check on it.I had called in wanting 60$ worth of 8$ per gram of OG. Around 7~ grams right? That what i was told by the first person: emailed my ID like they said to make a membership, had my phone number written down. Sent the transfer and called in after 5 times 30 minutes later to see they have forgotten about it-- and told me i was be getting 5.5 grams instead. Wasnt worth the effort to argue- said that it was because of "tax (which i was first told was just for delivery) but 60 divided by 8 is 7.5: thats just math. An hour has past and it wouldnve been faster just to go there myself. Fix your website aswell- you guys got an dead email and a dead phonenumber on that site- plus you cant order online anymore: recommended to be done through a phone. Which to my experience just gave me a headache.

I went to the 21 West Broadway location. I received stellar service. I don't use enough to worry about the pricing...seemed cheap enough to me. I'll go out of my way to use the West Broadway location because I feel very comfortable there.My suggestion for those who want to feel safer they should use transit...the Broadway bus stops right in front.

The Healing Tree is exactly that with a professional ambience. Customer Service is ACE with staff going the extra mile to accommodate patient needs. An absolutely HUUGE menu of Primo strains!! I recommend the Healing Tree to everyone who wants the best bang for their buck!!

Very rude front desk staff, The medicine is way over priced & This dispensary is in probably the worst and most dangerous area in all of Canada. There are much Friendlier, Safer & Cheaper dispensaries located throughout the city.
