I love this place....BUT. they need to get a deal or something for the live resins. I always open my resins and half is on the lid and in the crease of the container and it's such a waste. Some staff has been very accommodating as to open them and check or get us a solid cold one but today on 6/13/2020 the heavier set blonde guy didn't give the same service that other workers have given me and I came home once again to half my resin unusable :(

I’ve been going here for the last year. The covid experience is leaving everyone navigating what’s best. I have no issues with the health precautions they take. What I have a problem with is that they aren’t taking people through the door in order. I’ve been doing online ordering. They have a separate line for walk ups and online. They have people who are waiting in line already for their online orders, and will take people who just walk up before the people that have been in line waiting just because they separate the two. It’s not rocket science. I don’t care if it’s an online order or not. I’ll wait behind the person that was in line ahead of me. Get it together please.....

Security outside needs to do a better job. Horrible! Definitely need some more training. They allowed 2 of their friends in front of the line where myself and 2 other people we there already waiting for about 30 minutes. One of the security dudes even hugged one of his friends, where’s the 6-feet rule at?? Does it not apply to employees? Terrible. Didn’t even go inside, left when the security allowed another friend to go passed people who were already waiting.

Awesome bud! The mix and match ounce deal is the BEST in town! They have a wide variety of strains and they are all fire! Not only that, but they are very involved in the community! I have seen them do park clean ups, toy drives and coat drives. A dispensary that gives back to the community is where I want to spend my money! I will not be shopping anywhere else. If you want great service and product look no further!

Prices increasing, quality dropping. I went and got 3 ounces this week and they were all popcorn buds, well actually they where more BB gun pellet sized and ALL under weight. I also got an ounce a week ago that weighted little over 25 grams. These people are not about good quality ANYMORE and you will surely get screwed over as I have been 3 times this last week. Not worth the headache...

Security doesn’t have any customer service skills or personality. He never says hello even after you speak to him it’s kind of rude. He will take your iD and leave you standing there wondering what’s next, then when it’s your turn to go into the shop he just nods his head at you as if he can’t use his words..it’s just unprofessional and gives off a bad vibe as soon as you step in the door. I hate going there but the weed is awesome!! So I’ll keep going.. Update; I just came in today right before noon and omg what a complete turn around.. the security greeted me for the first time and even cracked a few jokes and had us laughing... Wow the owner is Great

The place itself is fantastic and every time I have been in there the experience has been great... Except for my most recent visit when interacting with my bud tender Devecca which may not be how she spells her name whatsoever but I digress. Her service quality was less than desired... she couldn't be bothered to do the slightest bit of sales and customer service. She didn't listen when I asked to put my number in for points for my purchase and only looked up to tell me it was too late after she opened the register. I will go out of my way to avoid her taking my orders and more than likely will just walk out if I see her. Never have I seen someone less enthusiastic about working in a dispensary which many others would find a privilege.Id give the shop a 5 star but her a 1.Also Manager: she did not follow proper procedure of checking my ID at the register.

I’ve been to many cannabis stores in Denver. Throughout my experiences as a daily cannabis user I have not found a better establishment with substantial prices and customer service. I have to say the store, the people, and the overall ambiance of The Health Center goes well above my expectations. Thank you for everything you do and never stop being the genuine store I have fallen in love with.

****I can only assume hours are wrong at this location also**** I will update when posted hours are fixed! Colorado Blvd review: Disappointing location, closes earlier than posted. I arrived after work at 9:44 only to be greeted by a security guard rushing to lock the door before I could open it. Hours are posted as closing at 9:50 and dispensary law in Denver states that no transactions may be completed after 9:59 PM; so why is this location closing early? Pretty unfortunate that I drove so far only to be locked out because staff doesn't feel like following their own hours! I'll update this review when The Health Center remedies this situation. Im a chill person but its extremely frustrating to rush over somewhere and have them lock up early right in front of you! I get that you're tired and it's late but you chose this job. I really wanted to leave a good review about the service and marijuana. All I can leave for now is negative feedback regarding the staff/posted hours.

After trying several medical shops in the Denver area, The Health Center (Downing location) became my go-to dispensary over a year ago and I keep going there for these reasons (in no particular order):1) ALL buds are grown in-house and concentrates are made with in-house flowers; never any stale wholesale garbage that other places carry2) Prices are some of the best around for buds & concentrates3) Quick service with a smile; budtenders are always friendly and efficient4) Great member benefits (Each Month=1g, Every 3 Months=1 oz or 8g wax)5) Customer Service: had an issue once and they made it right immediately. In fact, made it more than right. Not sure if many other places would have handled such a small situation as professional as they did.The only downsides: place is small, parking can be a bit tight, sometimes the Sativa selection (flower and wax) is limited, but maybe because others like it as much as I do? The consistent high quality product and service outweighs those minor issues by far.
