“Kayleigh”girl which I think is a supervisor not sure does not like her job I call and ask for strains they have her response was “a lot” mind you with the epidemic that’s going on we cannot go inside so how would I know what strains they have? And when I get there to get my supplies she never I.d me and tells me I cannot come back and this is my favorite store please do something about this ASAP!

I like The Herbal Center because every time I stop in I always have questions and my questions are always answered accurately. I really appreciate the good prices and I absolutely appreciate the great bud that I purchase every visit. I would say the herbal center is the main dispensary that I would recommend to any and everyone coming to Colorado to live and or to visit!

Quality product, quality service 👌 Timara was very very helpful and knowledgable, she schooled me, and i loved it! I had no idea that CBD worked better with THC even if you dont want to get high! After trying 1:1 my life will never be the same 🙌 thank you for teaching and spreading the love of the plant im telling everyone i know that you guys are one of the best around! 👏👏👍

It’s always great here. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the prices are amazing, so I always try to go here when I can. Today particularly was great. A staffer named Zelica just made my day with her friendliness. So yeah. Go here, it’s amazing.

I use CBD and THC for medical reasons and have a hard time finding a place that is willing to take the time to help me get the right product for the price. From the moment I walked into the Herbal Center, they were so helpful and nice. The customer service was great and they took the time to help me get the right product and at the best price. I will be going back!!!

This place straight up stole from me. They are highly unprofessional. The bud tender took $140 from me when my total was $120.24, and rendered me no change. When I asked management, they told me no one could do anything until they balanced the drawer. They never balanced the drawer and rather told me I was wrong. I pulled $140 out from their atm and have all receipts. I will never go here again. Would not recommend. They variety of strains never changes.

The BEST dispensary this side of Denver. The staff are great and are always friendly and helpful. Prices are on par with many other places I've been to in the past, and they always have deals going on as well, so there is always a good chance that you can save a bit of money as well. Another plus is that the senior staff remembers you and will know exactly what you want, or are always willing to go out of their way to help you find something different or to meet your needs. The only "downside" is that there can be a wait, however this is rare and I would say that this is a good thing because you know your getting quality product if you need to wait for five extra minutes. To sum up, great staff, great product, decent location, I'll definitely be a loyal customer for years to come.

Visited while on vacation in July. We were not impressed. Product was decent but too expensive compared to other places we’ve been. Main problem was the lack of personal service. Seemed like the staff that waited on us didn’t want to fully explain the options/deals (none!), and wanted us to buy and get out. We did just that. Could have spent more time and $ if we felt welcome. Will most likely not visit again.

6/5 stars. Best dispensary in Denver, hands down. Super clean, great prices, high quality. Can't beat the deals, they definitely have a little something for everyone. Sundae Driver has to be my favorite strain they have, and they grow all of their own flower, too! Great deals on concentrates as well as edibles. Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Love love love it

This is an awesome dispensary, when you pay with cash. Unfortunately using your credit card to pay is a big RIPOFF! They will charge you 3% and not tell you, and if that plus 20% taxes wasn't enough, your bank/credit card co will hit you with another 3% ridiculous international fee!!! IT'S BEST TO PAY WITH CASH OR HIT THE ATM. ATMs on site $1.99-3.99 per $200
