Well, I am assuming that most pot places are about the same, right? If not, then we will continue to buy our tincture from The Herbal Gardens. It's a very pleasant, very clean store. The people are so nice and there was no high pressure feeling happening. Of course, you are there to buy, right? How much pressure do they need to put on you? LOL! So we got a nice pipe for a present and a hemp tincture for our dog. (HA! You thought we were there to buy some pot! Fooled you!) We don't use it so I cannot comment on that quality. They had quite a few customers coming and going so the quality of their product must be pretty good. There was nothing wrong with this store, though. Very pleasant.

Its a very wierd shop. I believe every product is extremely over priced. The owners are eldery and also seem like they enjoy stealing from the less knowledgeable consumer. The staff appear to be unaware of the affects CBD CBN CBG THCA. Just a bunch of privilege hippies. Check any other store out before throwing your hard earn money down the drain. Clear Choice or Clutch Cannabis. Would be my recommendation.

If you're looking for great, friendly, and informative places to go for your cannabis needs, this is it. VIP service always, but gives above and beyond anyone in town, VIP privileges after 10 visits. The only reason for giving 4 stars, is the entrance/exit and parking...pretty tight squeeze with the regular traffic, but don't let that discourage you from stopping in at this wonderful establishment.

Have been coming here for almost a year! Loved it I’m even enrolled in he VIP program. The last few visits have been awful. And the last visit I was denied using my discount on an item that I know for a fact can be used on. I have spent hundreds if not thousands here & the customer service has been on a constant decline. I’ll be spending my money else where

Good selection, friendly budtenders, loyalty program, and periodic sales and vendor events to introduce new product lines. Very professionally run and clean. Plenty of parking. Takes cash and all major cards. I personally think the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the products and staff, but everyone has their own opinions about what should cost what.

They have great customer service and they treat you like family. Everytime I have gone there they give suggestions on what I would like personally,because they know what strain's I prefer. I would drive from Federal Way just to go to there because there friendly and have excellent knowledge of the marijuana, what is best for the way I feel and want to feel..

🚫HIGHLY PRICED🛇 Been to many that offer the exact same product at much lower prices. The staff was friendly which granted the two star rating. When I walked in Samantha had greated me, Then asked for my I.D.. After that she asked if wanted to be part of their points program. I then asked her what that was. She explained that you points per visit. I then I asked if there is a veterans or military discount. Her reply was YES you automatically become a V.I.P.. I then went up to the bud tender Nicole, she was nice. I had purchased two eights at $35 each. Nicole then said that will be $70. I looked at my receipt and seen that there was NO discount given. I asked her about it and she said it's the price. So I completed my purchase and walked back over to Samantha. I asked her about the VIP discount and she said that only applies to certain profits. I asked her where are the discounted product. She said the budtenders know. I then said nobody had mentioned a thing about it. She then said go and ask a bud tender. So I walked back over to the budtenders and asked about the discount, and they said it was 10% off of some of the artisan 8ths and another, which are $50 a pop, discounted to $40.50. I am stunned by the lack of communication. Next time let the public know about the discounts first. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO YOUR STORE AND ALSO LETTTING MY FRIENDS KNOW WHERE NOT TO GO.

Everything about my visit was weird. I understand budtenders being encouraged to upsell, but when they try to push you out of your budget multiple times after youve been very clear with them it's difficult not to get uncomfortable. Prices are meh, atmosphere is average, staff is passable, literally no reason to go here if you have any other option.

Vape pep would not turn on -went to store- entry employee also could not get it to work right-sometimes went on -sometimes did not. Clerk refused to exchange the vape saying he tested it and it was ok. I explained both myself and his employee could not get it to turn on every time. He said his employee knows nothing about that pen and he refused the replacement, rudely. I have been to several shops that excel in customer service.

Came here one night while in Tacoma because I knew I wouldn't make it back to my home town in time before my local weed shop closed. I was blown away by this place! Top notch strains, and huge screens flashing what they have and prices. Very easy going environment to pick up when you need and then to be on your way. I'll def be coming back to this place when I'm out in Tacoma again.
