One Love honestly the best of the best , I challenge anyone who says different about this place cause I went here on a tip and my life changed ...thank you for the honesty, high standard of professionalism and thanks to the management for being there for your people. Placed an online order; and like most other shops I was expecting to be helped when walking up... Figured online order just like curbside would get first priority. But instead I was forced to wait in line; and people who got in line after I did; we’re let in before me. Ridiculous.

Seems like 3 out of 4 times I come here they are sold out of the infused firecracker joints I like. If you keep selling out maybe order a bunch more whoever orders product for this location is bad at their job needs to go find another job. Just a waste of my time going in there now I have to go to main st at least they don’t sell out or their product person is better at their job.

Price gouging business practices. I used to buy dabstract for 30$ and phatpanda dabs 25$. Now it's 40 and 35 I asked why everything is more expensive, the answer I got was competition lol. Don't buy from here there is Americana right over the bridge on sandy and tjs on Powell. Better product better prices more selection, that is true competition did I mention you get to smell before you buy? If you like buying mids for topself prices shop herbery What a scam lol.

Came in with a girlfriend of mine today who has been recommending this place , the vibe from the start was fantastic ! We were greeted by this gentleman who had the most upbeat attitude and made me feel welcomed 100 percent also has great conversations good job Dee ! Rock on brother ! Also budtenders were amazingly help and loved all the knowledge and wonderful suggestions , Thank you guys and I will definitely be back for more !

We picked up some flower while in town visiting some friends. Good bud, nice people and decent prices. It smoked really quick and it was Washington so it was definitely more expensive than we're used to. I can't give it 5 stars because my husband was the one who went in and made the purchase. Our friends recommended them and they love it! Honestly it will probably be our Washington dispensary of choice as our other favorite is across town.

This is about a certain “Efficiency Expert” recently hired to tear apart the once fruitful oasis that was The Herbery. Said individual has gone above and beyond to undermine the employees around her and treat them like dirt. Ownership used to provide so much care and magnetism to stay with the company and become a part of the family. Now a dictator has arrived with the means to destroy all that once was.Don’t support this company, so long as they want to support a condescending efficiency expert, who drives out their employees and makes them feel lesser after. My partner spent three faithful years there, was wronged out of a promotion for less money, was doing the job on his own, but still being paid for “training”, and just driven to the ground and worn out, stressing over unattainable expectations. And when all was said and done, he had to leave to feel happy again. And now they’re denying 90+ hours of earned PTO.Way to go Herbery! Really valuing the people who helped build you.

Really need to find some incentive for regular customers. Other Cannabis stores do it. Like a 20% every 12 visits having a sign in for emails to keep track of visits. Or for every $so many dollars$ spent, like Mary Jane's. If people want a discount they'll sign in. And they are already spending the money. You don't even offer an Industry discount for visiting Washington state Budtenders, or Disabled people, or even Seniors.Military Monday is all you offer. Never know what a little incentive might do for your business. Unless you feel you're already doing too well. Just a suggestion!

They "don't take vertical Washington ID's"... They told me to bring my passport. Called to ask about the policy and they were simply unprofessional and uncaring about the situation, essentially told me they don't care about my business. If you do legitimate business you shouldn't have to worry about getting "stung". That's why my main store doesn't have to worry about accepting these ID's. Do your job right and you won't have to worry.

From beginning to end Travis gave me great customer service. He was knowledgeable over the phone and remembered me when I came in. Gave great advice and was pleasant and professional. The ID checker at the door greeted me with a smile and made nice small talk at the door. The store was bright and clean and nicely organized. All around a five star experience. That coupled with their very competitive pricing has made them a serious competitor to Main Street Marijuana my normal go to store. Good job to management and staff.
