Not sure why this place has been voted best in Clark County. They keep raising the price on their quality flower and concentrate and trying to bring in lower quality products. Used to have great concentrate for around $15, and could find a decent oz for $120 or so. Nothing even close anymore. So disappointed.

Nice place, great selection. Kind of pricy. Got a response from the Herbery, they explained a couple of things to me, about why the prices are, what they are. So rarely do I change my rating. But I feel, they deserve a better rating. There products are really good!

Nearly A 5 star expierience everytime. First come first serve policy, not often they get it mixed up. From getting your I.D checked to asking about recommendations this place has got you covered.

Went in for my first time today. Was greeted with a joke by the doorman, and was feeling welcomed in the new environment. I walked over the hash bar to check out what they had available. After pondering around for about 2 minutes, I was approached by a budtender. She asked me what I wanted and I politely asked her to show me one of the items they had on display. She first picked up the same name item, but not the correct version I was looking for. (Terpstillate vs terp slushie)After examining it for a second, I asked her if I could see the one I wanted to check out originally since I didnt want the terpstillate. After checking out the correct one, i chose that and headed over to grab one more of a different brand. Upon checkout, she had given me a price that was $9 more than the display. I asked her why, and she said that it was mislabeled, and then swapped the gram and continued to ring me up. She had swapped to the terpstillate that I specifically didn't want. Once I said that, she kept claiming the price was wrong on the one I originally wanted, and had a very rude demeanor. She hastily claimed she would need to talk to a manager about this to get me the one I originally wanted. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and was easily able to diffuse the situation. She gave me the correct product I was looking for, at the price it was marked. The budtender scurried off and never owned up to her mistake or apologized for making the customer feel like they were wrong and trying to cheat their business. The only reason this dispensary deserves a 2 star rating is because the manager stepped in and toon care of the customer, and fixed the problem with their inventory. If I ever go back, I will certainly be avoiding that budtender.
