Came in this morning and left at 9:29 register one date 6-19-20 The budtender that help me was terrific. The prices were high and Among the items that I bought was pono. This week it was strawberry lemonade full of seed pods and inmature seeds. Last week it was super lemon Haze by Golden leaf with seeds. Was told once it leaves the store. You bought it. You might want to think about. I come in four times a month. And this is the second time this month. find the receipt and see what I dish out every week to you. I've been a steady customer of yours for years now.

Constantly changing prices based on what is selling. Their business model seems to be "ohh thats selling this month, ok let's jack the price up 10 bucks per gram." What a way to make people not come back especially since you can literally roll down the street and buy the same growers buds for the same price it has always been.. So dumb it hurts my head just thinking about it.

This store was an absolutely amazing experience. Their product selection is the best in the area, and the pricing was extremely competitive. The staff was very confident in their recommendations, and showed us some of their favorite items, which I was sold on all of them. They adhered to very good social distancing, cleanliness, and keeping us feeling safe for the environment. I highly recommend them to anyone needing this amazing medication.

I am once again dissapointed in this store. After having my bag handed to me in my vehicle and the employee leave quickly (he clocked out after), I got to read what I ordered wasn't actually the correct thing. I didn't leave the parking lot. I immediately went inside the store. The manager, Rich, refused a return since the product had left the store (which is how the online ordering works). As a medical patient on a fixed income I am now unable to afford my medication for the month.After having the Rate Us Best in Clark County pieces of paper shoved in my bag I would have thought you guys would care about us, the little customer. Enjoy my 90 bucks.

I'm here today to stock up for the Covidataclysm and Coronapocalypse. These folks are cleaning constantly!! You stand outside to reduce occupancy (which is why they can stay open) until a budtender is ready, and your license is wiped down before you get it back. Keep getting your cannabis here because they are BADASS and they care, too.

Love the Herbery and appreciate their concerns during this virus.However, whomever the person in charge is during the owner's absence in the store is "out of control" with power. I believe her name is Penny. March 17th, it was early,I askedTracy for assistance as I have intense anxiety and SHE is always so kind, and catering to me, I needed her help. That lady came burling over berating her for being tooclose,and I get it,but I wanted her to wait for me. She's an amazing Budtender so please ask the Sarge to be more diplomatic and use some etiquette,and be kind. Having that type of person in charge makes me not want to return and I have been going to you for all myneeds sinceyou opened. Please ask her to be more empathetic to all people. We all need that these days. And we dont want to lose our medical marijuana or our amazing budtenders like Tracy,because SHE, Tracy, CARES!!

I've been coming to this Herbery a lot lately ever since the other one on 164th closed. I'll be honest though I believe some of the previous staff were much better at their customer service skills than some of the new bud tenders. The other night I came in and felt ignored by a bud tender at the checkout. He was more focused on the customer next to me, and they were already being helped by another bud tender. Also as I left the store I did not hear anyone say "have a nice night" or anything because the staff were "too busy" talking among themselves. Usually I feel welcomed coming into the Herbery, but not much anymore it seems.

The people working here are always very nice. It's a good looking place and its clean. They may have been short staffed today? I don't find as good of a selection as I find at other places in town. When you don't have a lot of money to spend other places have more options. The quality is always very good for the products here though. I would go again when I'm in the area but I won't go out of my way if other places are closer.

UPDATE: Thanks for your well written script.You have gotten rid of all the original Awesome Herbery bud tenders that I loved coming in to see. I have found a couple of them at New Vansterdam and I will be there supporting them. What happened to the super helpful Manger Chris? There is no fun atmosphere in your store now. Great job, if that's what you were going for.
