I'd had this place reviewed as the best mmj store in town. No more. I was receiving a product that helped with my cancer at 40% off. I had a medical card then (2017) and I have one now. When I went in today to get what I needed I was told the gentleman who gave me the discount no longer worked there. I was also told I needed, and i quote, "Like three things wrong with you or something to get (and he trails off)."Bottom line: incompetence, greed, and very UNfriendly towards patients. Definitely don't remember the roots of Karma, the dispensary from which this horrid Phoenix arose. They are otherwise expensive for what you get. They had a bit of the market cornered for higher quality but that's not even the case anymore. y'all make up your own minds... I won't be back and I'll do everything within my power to ensure others don't either. Dropping the "c" card can be a powerful thing.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff.I was in the market for a small bubbler, aka bong, and the gal showed me their selection and politely pointed out the differences between them.I didn't find the one that said "take me home with you!," but I did get some mighty fine buds!!

Great products! Sunday evening staff on 11-3-19 was not great. Seems to be the one blond bigger guy that is constantly lazy, non interested and over all unhelpful. I held off a year before saying anything. His demeanor has not changed. Its such a turn off that when he is on shift I usually leave and have gladly paid higher prices down the road. Other than that deserves an extra star. You do have great deals.

I usually love this place. But was very disappointed to see they advertised a vendor day, and when I arrived to take advantage of the discounts on creekside, I was told they had no idea if they would show up and would not honor the 20% off. I skipped bulk discount day to attend this. It would have been nice if someone from the store could have posted that this wasn’t going to happen anymore.

I was amazed to see how a dangerous after school special has become medicinal and recreational. The Hidden Bush, a small hole in the wall you expect to see your typical bodega. To my amazement the cleanliness and professionalism I witnessed first hand would rival that of any law firm in Seattle. I went seeking a gift that is usually frowned upon by most of society only to discover this business gem.

I drive through Port Angeles every week or so and I always stop into The Hidden Bush to pick up so choice concentrate. They have a good selection and a fun & friendly staff, which is a very big deal to me. The atmosphere in shop is relaxed and there is plenty of space to take your time to make your selection. I check out cannabis shops all over WA and The Hidden Bush is at the top of my list for having a quality business with a quality product accompanied with great service!
