When I went there the first time, my experience was great. I told the guy working there thats its my first time and gave me recommendations. I tried the Jasmine drink it was so good. The atmosphere was calm the time I went but everyone was really nice. Highly recommend if you wanna try something different or to have a nice drink for the day.

Worst coffee shop on the planet. The 50 year old Mexican lady who manages the place who’s wasted her life away managing a coffee shop for slightly above minimum wage feels the need to project her failed life on customers such as myself by yelling at them and telling them to leave for resting their head on a table. I am a freelance marketer and my client is in the same shopping center. I had gotten here a little early, my client’s store was not open and I was a little tired. I had purchase coffee and a bagel and after eating I put my head down for a few minutes before heading to my clients store. This crazy old lady knocks on the table and calls security to escort me out. I swore I would never come back to this place after my last encounter with the portly and angry manager, but since it’s the only coffee shop that is walking distance from my work I was forced to come here. Also, no bathrooms for paying customers.

This store needs customers service training. Went in today to purchase a coffee and muffin, wanted to use the restroom first. Needless to say I didn't buy anything because the young lady would not give me the restroom code. She was so rude, with her response. Saying you have to buy something first. My co workers stopped going there awhile ago for the say reason. I never knew using a restroom was that big of a deal. This is definitely my last time coming her, and I will advise everyone I know to go to Starbucks. Like Starbucks you guys need sensitivity training before you end of in the news treating people this way.

Donna the "manager" is racist and extremely rude. I bought breakfast and was sitting down responding to business emails and phone calls and every time i looked down at my phone to read an email (i didnt have my glasses so i was having to read at an amgle and a bit close to my face) she would knock on the table and yell at me to wake up even though i was clearly awake. She did this multiple times even when i was om the phone.Shes racist and unprofessional and i will be speaking to corporate about this. I spent my money here to enjoy breakfast but it was ruined because some crazy woman was bothering me any chance she got. Ive seen her do this to black people and younger people that look homeless...even if they buy coffee or food.She treats customers very poorly and needs to be fired asap as im sure the store is losing customers because of her bad attitude and blantant racisim.

They make the best mocha frappacino. Add 2 shots or three. And only 3/4 of chocolate. Ask for extra ice blended w/whipped cream. A lot better than Starbucks. And it stays colder for a long time!!! Delicious and gets you going in the right direction. Really. You have to try it. Ask for thick. Just don't get it later in the day. You will be up all nite!!!

This is the post gym hang out for 24. The service is slow but it gets done. Arrive early or late if you need to plug in while using wifi.Mothers love to hot the outlet equipped seating for nothing more than ogling their nonsense spewing offspring.Please contact me so I can be there if you set one of them straight.
