I used to come here a lot. But not any more. The management usually is so polite and friendly. I normally feel safe and welcome. I never felt like any of my complaints were too untoward or unfair and have always been met justly, even when im in the wrong. And today...wow. I got asked to leave for voicing my displeasure at having to wait over an hour in a 4 person line. Like what the hell! I do not intend to return here ever. Ridiculous how you treat people!

This is the second time that I've gone in here it's a very clean very professional very nice just to cut the thing you would expect to see for an older person like myself yeah I highly recommend them they will take the time to talk to you about your needs and my case I have enough titanium I need something for pain and I forgot to call and CBDs or whatever but that's more important to me to try and bring my pain level down and they kind of know their product so I was real happy to do business with them again thank you

ACTUALLY, ZERO STARS ! My husband and I have been coming here for awhile now and easily drop $100-$200 a visit. Never encountered a problem until today! Purchased a HH cart 1g and returned home to find that the cartridge was defective. I explained that I have 4 different batteries and not one of them was able to produce much smoke and the flavor was horrible. The bud tender told me that they turned down another guy that had the same problem, but that they denied him the return because he also complained about the burnt flavor. The manager kept insisting that it was just my opinion. They eventually gave me a different cartridge after stressing the fact that flavor was just wrong. And guess what? It works just fine on all 4 of my batteries. I wont be going back!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location. Lots of parking. Big selection and decent prices. Tried the lift ticket pre roll which is a half gram of flower infused with resin, the Sunday driver was literally a one hitter quitter! The orange cookies was indica dominant and was more mellow. I really liked the orange cookies and it lasted me 2 days. Lift ticket pre rolls are 16 dollars out the door

I havent had a chance to visit any other shops up here yet so there is no basis for comparison. But I have been to shops down south and one would have random giveaways at like any given time. Nothing outrageous. A free Fuzzy or some edibles like that. Another spot had one of the tenders offering free dabs as u enter the shop. Places were booming. But all in all, after my 4th visit to Vibe, I have no complaints really. Shoptenders could ease off some. A bit pushy at times. How many times u gonna ask if Im ready? Felt a bit uncomfy at times. Variety of strains is limited and it would be nice to pay a lil less but it is what it is.

I like, very much, that their Weedmaps-menu prices reflect a final, out-the-door price inclusive of taxes & fees -- it makes budgeting easier and simplifies purchases.That said: their prices are within acceptable range of other stores though they're always on the slightly-higher side. For example: many places sell decent . 5g honey-oil tips for $35. Common fees brings that to ~$40 out-the-door. At Port City Alternative the same . 5g tip with be ~$42. Edit after recent comment by shop management:This is from my experience over year and a half ago. Their selection may have gotten better. It sounds like it. Always a good sign when management replies to a review. Original review:Selection is ok but I have been at establishments that have more. Very clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Hardly ever a line or had to wait long for service.

I came here with my parents who are from out of state back in march and i think her name was latoya (forgive me if im wrong) but she was soooo helpful and informative! So helpful my dad sent me back in may. The next visit was just as helpful, but i failed to get the gentleman's name. But thank you to all! My dad has a broken back and spine disease and is in constant daily pain. We appreciate you all!

Friendly staff, price is listed as is without taxes added at check out (so if it says $10 for the pricing, it's $10). A lot of strains to choose from with detailed description for each i.e. Sativa/Indica ratio and what it's good for like relaxing mood, relieving anxiety, treat depression. They've got CBD oil and candy. Great selection of seeds and got a nice Dr. Who clone from Port City Alternative recently.
