Update: The Higher Path responded to my issue and has very professionally handled it. Being as that this was the only issue from originally having a 5 star experience, review is changed. Thanks to The Higher Ground for getting back to me about this and making it right. You've won back a customer and referrals. I went in to the Higher Path for the first time on Sunday, first time in any dispensary actually. I actually had a good experience up until I got home and realized that they double charged me for two cartridges. I thought the total was high when I paid, but wasn't paying too much attention to the prices while listening to the budtender. I thought maybe I missed that they were two packs, which was fine - just more product. But that wasn't the case. I tried calling and sending an email and I've got no response. I think, and would like to believe the double charge was an honest mistake, but the fact that they won't respond to me makes me question if maybe they're just trying to take advantage of the new recreational customers. They have security cameras so they should easily be able to go back and see I'm not trying to hussle them. So, I'm out $70 plus whatever the tax is on that. If I would have been properly charged or they would have taken any steps to fix their mistake I'd have happily given them 5 stars and been a returning customer. So take that for what it's worth. I guess my recommendation is go ahead and go, but don't walk out that door until you've double checked the receipt and the bag.
