Seeds, Rude Service, & extreme wait times. Supposedly this use to be a really amazing dispensary, but it ain’t that anymore. Iv visited now twice, both times upsetting. My ounce was full of white seeds. My live Resin was liquid, more of a sauce then anything. And, all the staff were extremely rude (with the exception of glasses & colored hair, you cool mane). They really don’t seem to know how to run things AT ALL, and wait times are running 45 mins to a hour. You need new growers, it’s really unacceptable to be getting seeds, and it shows no care for your medical customers to sell bud contaminated with seeds.

I fully suggest this place. If you have you're medical card in Boulder and are looking for top quality products & good friendly service. Definitely come down here , there concentrate selection is awesome! & Same with there bud. I'm looking forward to trying more of there strains from them 100%. Alex's and the other gentleman today who served me were very kind an friendly. Made my shopping experience nice. Overall a good place to shop in Boulder , and am happy I found a new lil spot in town for high quality meds.

Thank you to Eden and Caden for showing up for us patients during this literal global pandemic. While it’s nice they were there....they probably shouldn’t be! I stocked up so that hopefully you can close the store and let these employees go home and be safe with their families during this tumultuous time, while allowing them to ensure themselves of their own personal health and safety!! Please put employee health and safety before corporate interests! Josh

I have been coming to the Dandelion exclusively for several years. Having been to countless other dispensaries, NOTHING compares to the quality and service of this place. Everyone is phenomenal, but special shout outs to Will and Erika for consistently helping me out. They’re extremely knowledgeable and personable. The products are amazing and the prices are extremely competitive. I’ll be coming here for as long as I live in the area, without any hesitation!

Attention ALL Boulder Medical Patients: The Dandelion Dispensary in Boulder is nothing short of excellent. The staff are all wonderfully knowledgable and sweet. Always exceeding my expectations with friendly conversation, fantastic quality product, and everlasting love for cannabis. Yesterday Alex gave me great information and was very knowledgeable about the products, helped me find the right patches to counter act seizures and I finally got a good nights sleep last night for the first time in forever. Today, Jack was super helpful and I got the bulk CBD patches to help me threw the month. Really appreciated the help for real, this is the best dispensary I have been too as far as the actual medicinal side goes, these guys know what they are talking about and doing. Also Logan who works here has always been very helpful in the past. I wish i wrote a google review earlier, Logan, Alex, and Jack have been the most helpful and friendly people I’ve met at a dispensary. 10/10 will be coming back💯

Mike & staff take the stress out of shopping medically. Can’t recommend this little boutique off-shoot of Native Roots enough, 10/10!!Update 12/18/19: favorite dispensary by a landslide. Tyler, Alex, Logan, Eden, and Erica are like fam! Never a dull moment in the dandelion.

EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable staff. Erica, Tyler, Jeffrey have all given me specific advice on all assortments of products. I was completely new to concentrates and they helped me along my journey of getting all that set up and products that are best for me, picked out.Keep doing what you are doing - love you guys!

I was expecting an impersonal, corporate experience because this dispensary is owned by a large company; native roots, but I was completely wrong. My budtender Mark was very helpful and attentive to what I needed. He was compassionate about my health condition and made sure I was getting the most value for my money. He and his manager Kyle both made sure I was informed as to their products and best days to shop. They definitely went above and beyond what I was expecting. Also some of the best deals in Boulder and member benefits. Thanks Dandelion!

We came in 20minutes before closing, and still got 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 service... Don't come in late Don't it to Kyle and Kyle! Medical only!! They SERVE 🇺🇸VETERANS 🇺🇸 the sweetest deals I have ever seen!!!!! They got our cards...what can we say ...plus they carry quality name brands...hey they got Puffco Peaks too... Super Medical one stop shop😎
