I have to admit, I delayed my first visit for years because I did not know what to expect. Now my only regret is not going sooner. Lisa made my experience so comfortable during every visit. We actually have incredible conversations that help me better understand my body and why I am feeling the things that I am. She is more like a counselor with incredible knowledge of so many important things. Things your doctor should be telling you but never took the time to. She also chats about other fun stuff too just like the gals that do your nails, Brazilian wax, and hair.I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone who enjoys the real things in life such as red meat, bread and sugar. Over time the human body builds up toxins that can lead to a huge number of issues. Good health starts inside your body, after the first visit you will feel that. Lisa is the best professional for the job if you are like me and don't have the patience for 10 days of dieting with pills that “sort of” work.Oh and I am not complaining about the 5lbs. I ended up losing in my first week with her. It is so hard to eat bad after your session when you feel so amazing. Great motivation to discipline your diet more.I have referred countless friends to Lisa that love her too.
