Not the place to shop for clones, drove 3 hours to get stood up. These guys are very unprofessional and can care less about their customers, was contacted by an individual from “the strain bank” that set up a time and place to meet an hour + later they stop replying to txt or calls, they wasted an extra 8 hrs of my grow time! My recommendation is to find someone else to get clones from!

If I could give them a zero, I would. Tried to buy clones. I sent them several messages asking for a clone their web address states they carry, the price list, the size of plant, and how to please order. No one ever responded. I finally in a text, after several, begged them to respond. Instead of answering my business questions and helping me to order clones, I got an extremely rude message stating to me that they were just too busy to respond to me. I then asked them to please answer my clone questions so I could place an order. Next, I was insulted and called rude! I could not believe what I was hearing. Insane! Very unreliable bad business! When I went to review them, I found out they rated very poorly.

Well I am amazed of the negative reviews myself ,I have been dealing with cloud city 2 years in a row every time I place my order 2 weeks max I have had my clones just be patient people plants do not grow overnight, an people saying there clones were not in tip top shape if your a grower you know what to do to help a plant grow to be healthy,all you need is roots an that thing will take off from there ,actually good people to deal with thanks cloud city for making my grow awesome!!!!
