Overall Feedback:
I’m done with this place. It used to be the hip/chill neighborhood shop. Now it’s got a shiny corporate facade. The worst part is that they clearly don’t care about their customers anymore. I placed an order over the phone and confirmed I needed to wait in the line outside (no biggie). So I wait for 20 minutes behind 15 people, get to the front of the line, and am told that I need to head to the back and start over because I didn’t turn in my ID ahead of time to save my spot. There is no sign with this info which is visible from the end of the line. I finally make it inside, and there are a grand total of TWO employees working on a Friday night. The Joint is now filled with large TVs fancy scanners and expensive nicknacks - but no employees. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Way to sell out, guys.
