Ordered online picture showed nuggets but when I picked up it was shake. Tried to get a refund but since I walked out before looking down they refused to give me a refund. Pretty upset because what is the point of posting the product when its false advertisement. I do not recommend ordering anything from the craft. I will not be going back.

I bought MJ that should have been sealed but was open Lilac City. The rep provided terrible customer service and not a willing to help or listen. Craft steals from customers; check you weed packaging to insure it is sealed. The #1 star is over rated. The only thing that I can give Craft is aesthetics. I also will be calling Lilac City letting them know about the vendor experience I had very bad standing behind their product. They would not even take the time to look at the bage look at the bag . Sad!

First time visiting since new ownership. When I arrived I went ungreeted for the first 5 minutes. The manager on duty was taking inventory and would not acknowledge me. The other budtender was with a customer. When she finished she was really kind and helpful. Little surprised on the amount of time i went without being greeted. Unfortunate mistake will return because the selection was superb

The Joint is a respectful business to purchase recreational marijuana. Ever since the legalization of cannabis in Wa State, The Joint has stood above the crowd. They have an online service to order your goodies on their website and pick up in store. Remember to have your Id ready when before you enter the building. Also, don't forget to check in with your phone number after showing legal Id. They have a great selection of paraphenalia for your flower. Lots of edibles for your munchie needs. Great selection of wax and shatter too! Don't forget to ask what the specials are for the day. You could end up saving a few bucks. They are cash only but they have an ATM to use for a fee. Gather up some courage and get down to your local weed dealer! It's way safer for the soul than alcohol when taken in a responsible manner. Thank you guys for being so Awesome!

I've only had one experience with this business, but it was a very positive one. They are very knowledgeable about the medicinal properties of CBD oil, which is what I was interested in. The owners were certified as dispensers of medical marijuana prior to legalization in the state, so they know their stuff. They helped me find what I was looking for without trying to sell me things I wasn't. Even though I'm not a person who uses marijuana, I would trust this business for any future purchases.
