Love this place! The budtenders and security at the front door make every visit a great experience. When I do have to wait outside in line (social distancing) the security is always very professional and makes fun conversation while I wait 😊 And the budtenders know what’s up! I have never been disappointed when asking for “dealers choice” this crew is the best!

My boyfriend drove to the Burien location with me and my 5 day old son in the car. I was waiting in the car and keep in mind there was one other car in the lot so I went to driver seat and moved it in a easier way to get out of the lot before my son wakes up. The security guard name “Jose” apparently think he’s the manager or the boss. He comes out of the joint and screams at me to pull the window down and says MAM CAN YOU PARK CORRECTLY. So i readjust my car to a spot which I didn’t notice I was suppose to back into but I was still in the lines. He next did something that was beyond unprofessional and PUNCHED MY WINDOW 3x. Instead of letting me know the sign says back in he decided to be disrespectful. When my boyfriend came back out he tells us to just leave and never come back! As we got home my boyfriend calls the joint and ask to speak to the manager of the store. Jose decides to pick up and say you can’t speak to anyone! The audacity of him.. So we call the main location of the JOINT and ask for the manager there and the workers there gave us her email. However there was no response and we feel like the management need to take responsibility for their staffs actions.

Visiting Seattle for the weekend and i wanted to check out a dispensary for my very first time. I must say i was extremely pleased with the service and knowledge of the employee that assisted me with my questions and purchase. I was extremely please with the tropicana cookies and wedding cake. They proved to do exactly what the employee stated. I would highly recommend The Joint and those two flowers. Thank you for the wonderful picks and a very relaxing evening.

Spare yourself and go to AmericanMary instead, they are just up the road, have better prices and more informed staff. Plus they respect their customer base and are nice! Only go to the joint if there are no other options.... on the planet!!!

I stopped by this place when we visited Seattle. I was looking for a nice heavy Indica. Ya know, the type of Indica that make you feel like a half melted stick of butter. I was called over by the guy behind the counter. The stoniness in his countenance told me the universe was on my side with this transaction. I told him what i was looking for and in a wise manner he pointed to joint in the glass. I had the good feeling you get when you get something you know is going to be great. It almost made my walk back to the hotel seem like a spiritual journey. The strain i got (9lb hammer) was exceptional. Great little shop! Will stop back.

“Uninformed and inattentive” is the right description for this place. These people don’t know what they’re talking about and they don’t care if you get what you’re looking for. If you do end up here, CHECK THE PACKAGING BEFORE YOU PAY AND LEAVE WITH YOUR PURCHASE. Otherwise, you’ll think you just payed and walked await can with a certain amount only to find out that the full gram joint you asked for was 0.7g. Idk what else is around, but you’re better off just jumping on a bus and finding a better shop in Lake City.

The staff here are all very personable and willing to give the customer the time they deserve. Even when business is booming and lines are long, the staff remains friendly and efficient! Stavroula is the best, and all the staff I've interacted with are honest about how knowledgeable they are about the product and happy to defer to a coworker who knows more than they do. I look forward to my visits here.

Rude, uninformed and inattentive. The staff are clueless and the product is very overpriced. Do yourself a favor and google the next closest pot shop. The Joint is definitely worth skipping. You deserve better!

The store and staff are absoluytley amazing. Abundant choices and the staff are exceptional. I have been going to this store for years and I have not found anyone better. The staff knows me and takes such great care of me. I highly recommend giving this store some of your time. The prices are very good. There is a huge selections of products, and this where I get my CBD, which is a vital medication to me. And, there is so much more to choose from. The staff are highly knowledgeable and have your best interest in mind and heart. I am a very picky customer and places have to earn my loyalty, for many reasons, and this dispensary has no other equal, in my opinion. Give the staff a try and you should be surprised. I truly love this store and it's staff. I am not using the word "love" lightly either.

The worst. I'd rather buy my weed from a scabbed up meth head downtown that visit the pretentious and overpriced venue know as the Joint in the Udist. The poorly educated bud tender Kody is a homophobic bigot who will kick you out of the store for not first having hit the ATM before asking about their products. A direct quote from him "why don't you comeback with money in your hand before we have a discussion"... was what I was told, I kid you not. When I said I would report him to the management he began ranting bout how the store is an Illegal operation and could be raided and refused to give me the managers or owners contact information. I honestly am not surprised by this behavior based on my prior experiences at this dispensary. The entire store and staff are deceptive and dishonest, clearly pointing to something illegal going on behind closed doors regarding this establishment. Due to the treatment I received from Kody and company, and his insistence that the establishment was a Federally illegal enterprise, I will be contacting the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board, the Internal Revenue Service and the DEA and requesting they initiate a full investigation into the violation of civil rights of it's customers and the violation of Federal Law . I work for the courts and understand how the government is wiling to turn a blind eye on business such as this, however when they cross the territory into cultural discrimination based upon the national creed of a customer, they cross a line that the Federal Government then is left no choice but to step in and mandate a standard or enforce the law. I's suggest you try ANY other store over this illegal and discriminatory enterprise. AVOID THE JOINT AT ALL COSTS! They will soon be inquiry to a Federal Investigation and all records will be subject to Federal prosecution. I'll keep you updated until then.
