I got the VERY best marijuana that I ever have! I have been a medical patient since before WA went rec due to having metastatic Cancer & my eldest son has his own hemp farm on the border of Cali in Or so I know my marijuana! The budtenders were very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this shop to everyone that I know! It was extremely fresh & if I was not the person whom went in to the shop I would have sworn that it was home grown :)

Great place! The staff I've had the pleasure of engaging with during my visits have been knowledgeable very helpful and always patient. I know I can be rather indecisive and it helps when they care. Great selection great quality also. I especially love that they have preroll blunts with several choices there even and I can't find them anywhere else! I would recommend this establishment to anyone!!

Terrible experience. The budtender I got was barely paying attention to what I was saying. Having a convo with somebody in the back, in the middle of me talking. I placed an onoinenordwr that didnt get filled because they didnt have what I ordered. Then I was told they haven't done online orders for months. Then I was reccomend things that were more expensive than what I ordered and not even the same strand. I was told there was nothing he could do for me. So I wasted time pulliing out my money and driving here only to leave with no product. Was never offered a discount or anything to compensate for their mishap. I'll never come back.

They should tell their security guys to focus on their job and not hit on the girls that are trying to sell products to customers. Very unprofessional atmosphere, when i walked in nobody was there to check id and then when i tried to order my stuff with the bud clerk, the security guard and her kept making conversation in the middle of me trying to ask her about product. I will not recommend this place and will not go back again.

The budtender wasnt that helpful she just stared at me and waited for me to ask for what i want... and i told her what i wanted and how much money i had and wanted to spend... clearly wasnt listening. I only had $26 and she gave me oil for 15 and flower for 15.... clearly wasn't listening to anything i was saying. I dont think ill be going back to this dispensary... good luck to ya... but yall just lost my business and i buy ALOT OF MARIJUANA! all the cannabis goes to me lol.

Great service. Easy to shop and very helpful staff. One employee was loud and obnoxious dropping the F- bomb every other word. Probably the only negative of this place. It was annoying enough I may shop elsewhere. Everyone else in the store was very professional and will put together. The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'd have given it a five star is it wasn't for the loud obnoxious woman.

I come to the Joint for 90% of my purchases. They always have a different sale going and have a large varierty of products to choose from. The staff handles customers quickly and usually are very informative if you have any questions. The parking lot is very small small and parking can be tight at times. They are VERY serious about ID and you must present it at the door to "security" and wait to be called forward when available staff is ready for you and you will be ID'd again upon your purchase. Today I saw a 50+ year old man denied entersnce because he didn't have ID which I thought was corny because he was there with his friend who was purchasing the product both old men. So parking and being corny s looses u a star 4 out of 5

the wonderful woman who helped me, Lexi (5 stars), was amazingly nice and helpful! She helped me find what it is that I was looking for, I did not appreciate being passed off to her by the first woman that attempted to help, I went in today and Dena (0 stars) told me the review I did wasn't valid because I didn't do it in front of her and when I voiced a concern she didn't offer to even verify the policy. Jered (the door guy) actually was the one to listen to my concern and assist in seeking a resolution.

They are selling products for $10 to $15 more then the exact same thing is right down the street.. I stop by because they were new in one always looking for a good place because I by quite a bit. I shop regularly at 4 different recreational shops around Tacoma in literally they all Charge the same price except for this place. I'm not Sure if they're just new to the business or if they're extremely greedy but they won't ever get my business.

I love this place they have great choices to choose from and I always feel welcomed. The tall muscular African American door man is super sweet and very helpful. The bud tenders are one of a kind and deserve more tips!! The joint is my new place to shop, not to mention they are close to my house. Great time every time I visit.
