Overall Feedback:

You seem to have hired people who know literally nothing about the productsother than what clearly written on the back of them which really offers no help past handing over the bag so I can read it myself. Both employees this morning claimed do not dab or smoke that much and again there's nothing wrong with not smoking or dabbing but having zero information to offer your customers when they're asking questions about products is frustrating it makes for a bad experience.
