Came in looking for a specific item, the two guys that were working said the item I wanted would be in by this time tomorrow (happy hour time 8-10pm on a weekday). However, I came in the next day (tonight) barely made it before they closed at 9:55pm and apparently they didn't put the item in the system. Because of this, it still was not available for purchase. The employee who claimed to be the manager stated that it takes 30 minutes to enter the product into the system, why this wasn't done I haven't the foggiest other than lazy people I suppose. These are the same two guys that were working the night before so they knew I was coming back for that. I have decided to take my business elsewhere, THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE ONLY POT SHOP IN THE AREA. I reccomend you shop elsewhere too.

Always a step ahead, fast and friendly service, I don't drink.. I haven't for 4 years now. The first experience with this shop was friends right when I opened the door. I had no idea what to expect, what to ask for. At first glance it was a little intense, and intimidating. Everyone here has the knowledge to make even the very first time use or purchase a smooth one. I left confident I got great deals, and great products. Weed sells itself, true.. but friendly service, great deals, and now my friends keep me coming back. Even after moving miles away.

I was denied service because my government-issued license was vertical. I traveled from Connecticut to vacation in Washington with my friends for a week and had plans to pick up five strains at the Kushery at Lake Forest.I'm twenty-two years of age, but I was hastily escorted out of the dispensary because my license was vertical with no other official means of verification. I wasted my time and money to travel there, so I took my business to five other dispensaries in Seattle that all confirmed my age by actually looking at my license and provided excellent customer service. I will not visit this dispensary again nor recommend it.

Just went to the kushery after not having gone there for a year and some change. The bud tender who helped me didn't ask what I was looking for, so I stated what I wanted which was good flavor and potency at a decent price.for concentrates. The bud tender then proceeds to grab the 3 MOST expensive items from the concentrate stack and then asks me if I wanted to look at edibles... I tell the bud tender I am only in the market for concentrates and proceed to look at the selection. Both the store as well as its layout were a huge turn off to me as a customer, and the bud tender not listening to what I was seeking was also very unappreciated. Also almost everything from the concentrates to the bud to the prerolls are overpriced. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place. 0/5 Would not return again

I have been to this shop 3 or 4 times now. Pros: Friendly staff, convenient location. Nice selection considering the size of the shop. They also have accessories as well at competitive prices. The hours are convenient. There is a good amount of parking and the staff seems knowledgeable on the strains and can direct you to items based on your budget. Cons: The supply is VERY inconsistent and I have received great batches to cigar tobacco quality from them, on more than 1 occasion the cannabis I bought was so terrible, that the hit was harsh to the lungs leaving me with a scratchy throat and little to no effects. I actually picked up a gram of Obama kush and northern lights this past Saturday both of which have been abysmal on quality. It is frustrating because there is no recourse if you buy a bad batch. My advice to this new store would be better quality control. I haven't had this issue at other shops in the area. To anyone would decides to go to this shop, I would avoid the $10 grams altogether.
