Librarian would not allow me to get a library card because my driver's license lists a P.O. box as the address and I did not have a piece of mail with me to verify my home address. Ridiculous. Is this meant to keep people from neighboring areas or homeless people from checking out books? If so, that is pointless at best and hateful at worst. Will not be coming back to this library in any case since I have to pay to park.

Great place to get work done. Very clean and quiet library. All the books shelves are clean and tidy. They also have CD's to check out. Staff seems friendly though I did not deal with them, only by passing. They offer free wifi and tables you can sit at to charge your phones and tablets. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a quiet place to do some work.

My experience of Santa Ana Public Library hhhmmmm!!! Is all I have to say is your in a close knit community and there's one librarian who I will let be nameless who gave me trouble . For the most part Staff is kind and very helpful . Security could smile once in awhile . Its very clean and plenty of computers and I would suggest bringing your children for they are wonderful with children .

I love it here! Right now, I'm a high school student who lives somewhat close to the library. However, when I was in middle school, I used to spend afterschool everyday there waiting for someone to go get me. I used to spend whole afternoons there, without boredom! I actually like the books they have there! That library changed me, it made me a better person thanks to their books. I give them 5 stars. :)
