My wife & I went to Haven Los Alamitos for the 1st time today. I was pleasantly surprised with all the employees there. Everyone was professionally dressed and mannered; from the Security Guard and Receptionist to the Bud Tender (Dylan). Dylan made our visit at Haven super smooth. He was knowledgeable of the extensive product that they carried. Dylan pointed out and recommended various strains for us. We purchased (3 )1/2gram Pre-Rolls, (2) P2 Cartridges & (1) 1/2oz Starfire OG Shake. Something tells me that it’s going to be a great 4th of July! Thanks Haven Los Alamitos!

In California, cultivators pay a tax at a rate of $9.25 per ounce of marijuana flowers and $2.75 per ounce of leaves. In addition, retailers collect a 15 percent excise tax from customers on the average market price of the product. ^this is what i found...after i found this i can't leave more than 1 star. everytime i spend about $100in this store, they charge me $50 in tax :) too greedy :)

Haven is a well-stocked Cannabis dispensary with lots of parking. I was warmly greeted and was asked to show my ID. Great news: I get a 15% senior discount. The greeter invited me to browse and that my name will be called. I was called about 3 minutes after entering and the young lady helped me pick out some gummies that are a CBD THC combination that would help me sleep well at night. There is a $3 charge when you use a credit card.

I love this place but...First time I tried an online pickup. I got a txt that my order was ready. I pulled up to a special space and at for over 10 minutes in the car and no one even acknowledged my driving up. The person who took care of me was fine but did not even return my punch card.

“Over the weekend 5/29-5/31, I received a couple texts offering up to 40% off for cartridges and tinctures, only excluding STIIIZY brand. I like Kurvana ASCND, so I was excited. I called to confirm that the sale would apply to my order before placing it, and the representative I spoke to assured me it would. However, when I arrived, they charged me full price, 0% discount. Even when I showed them the text they sent, and told them how their representative assured me my order was on sale, they would not honor the discount. I really liked HAVEN until now. I am 62 years old, and technology is difficult for me. My son is writing this review for me right now because my vision is so bad. I feel taken advantage of by their false advertising.”Haven, this is unacceptable.

Lovely staff. Clean, Professional and speedy . I really like how they separate the indicas and sativas in different shelves it's easy and organized. HAVEN also provides a point system, it allows you to earn a percentage off of your out of the door total price. I'm sure that most of connoisseurs are not digging the cost of taxes however the point system will help alleviate some of the higher-priced products.

Clean new facility with well marked products and lots of variety. No guessing as to the CBD/THC breakdowns, etc. Haven seems to have higher THC strains than some of the other Long Beach dispensaries and the per gram price for quality is very reasonable; even after all the taxes. They also sell some smoking accessories like grinders, Randy's Rolling Papers and cheap imported glass pipes. There is a small parking lot that can get busy during peak periods but I have never seen "packed". The one downside that does not affect my rating is I like to have my prices for MJ inclusive of taxes, it's just easier that way.

Went here to see what offerings they have for pain relief and appetite enhancers. It's an amazing place, worth a look. I don't know much about recreational use, but for medicinal use, this has a lot to offer. Prices seem okay, not too sure how to compare these items as this was my first time here. They have good old fashioned "buds" to smoke and then they have edibles, gummies, oils, lozenges, capsules, patches, creams and such, so no smoking is needed anymore 😀 this place is clean and very organized. The workers were very helpful and were able to direct me on items. Check with your doctor before using cannabis and THC....

I came in to Haven for the first time today. I had the best experience. Jordan helped me and he was awesome. He knew all about the products he was really friendly he really was impressive. And now that I’m home and I’ve sampled my goodies, I am very impressed with the products I purchased also which Jordan recommended. I wasn’t having a great start to my day but coming to Haven and having that interaction with Jordan really turn my day around. Thanks Jordan! It’s a bit of a drive from where I live but I’ll definitely be back!

Great place! Every time I come in they are super friendly and knowledgeable! I love that they have a stamp card and points system because it gets you to come back and the deals really help cover that pesky city tax lol the location is great because it's not sketchy and very welcoming. I always feel safe when i come by. Keep it going Haven!
