Usually a pleasant experience. Female who helped me was rude and amp'd up on something. I spent close to $400 in two visits and she could've cared less. She caused my anxiety to go through the roof! There is a couple of nicer girls there that are awesome. Don't know if I'll return. She really turned me off. Of course no tip for her. Don't remember her name but she is short with dark hair and speaks very fast. Not a good asset to your business. Just saying

For the life of me I don't understand the 1* reviews. Sure parking is a challenge, but there's always a space on a side street. It just requires a person walk 1/2 block. Selection? Selection is always great. And the prices are fair. There are daily recommendations based on weed tenders' tastes as well as daily specials. Don't forget the 1/8 card where eight punches score you a free 1/8. In addition to flower they have a wide variety of concentrates, pre-rolls, edibles and beverages. They even have an ATM on-site to save you a trip to the bank. Finally, the staff. Some staff members are friendlier than others, but all have treated me with respect, have given me their undivided attention and are always willing to answer questions and give opinions. Bottom line here is that The Loft is always busy and has a dedicated customer base. That speaks MUCH louder than a couple 1* reviews.

I have been to the store several times now.Things I like about the store is the wide range of medicians that they offer. Flowers, Shatter, even CBD oils and tinctures. Also other things not mentioned here.All donations are on an electronic backboard that is very viewable.I like to smell and few different kinds each time to find just the right blend.Customer service is great here. From front to back with smiles, small talk, and easy pleasent atmosphere. The variety is large with choices from inexpensive to top notch.Also shatter from different strains are available.If you are tired of being charged over prices on deliveries. Then go here. For my first time I recieved bonuses. For recommendations you recieve bonus gifts as well.You will love the atmosphere here with smiles of friendly people. If you are looking for a nice private club.The location is across the street from a Trader Joe's. Entering and exiting can be very discreet, for those looking for anonymity.The store is up stairs so if you have accessibility issues. You may want to call a head to make arrangements.They weigh and package it right in front of you.You will walk out with exactly what you want.Fresh and a wide variety of Indicas, Sitivas, and Hybrids.A stock that is always rotating. Most varieties are grown locally.
