absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend! I lost many trees and bushes with the snowstorm (think all but one tree left standing). I contacted Steve expecting it to take a while for him to get back to me - immediate response! And he came out the next day to review the work and give me an estimate - amazing! He might be higher priced than others, but he brings a lot of knowledge to the situation. to my shock, he was able to save some really important privacy trees for me in my backyard - didn't expect that! His crew came out within days - professional, asked questions, made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I hope I never have trees down again, but would call them for sure!

Update: Arbor magic did amazing work on my trees last spring. I was so impressed this winter not a single branch fell during or after the big snow we had this year!!! Thank you!Arbor Magic is a great company to work with. I highly recommend them. We had a dead tree growing out of a live Maple in our backyard. Steve has a great relationship with the city and was able to take care of this quickly and professionally while, still beating out two other companies on price. His guys did great work and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I was also impressed with Steve’s follow-up. Arbor magic cares that you are happy and satisfied with the job.

My experience with Arbor magic was excellent. A tree fell in our community which created lots of debris and made it hard for our neighbors to walk safely and take their kids to bus stop. I called them on Saturday, the owner Steve called back promptly and although they had a busy schedule on that week, he made it work for us on Monday morning 7am. He sent Daniel on Saturday to give us a quote. He was very prompt and helpful. The crew came on Monday morning 7am as they promised and did a great job. Excellent company, excellent crew, excellent service! Thank you Arbor Magic

We lost a huge branch off our Silver Maple in that heavy snow last March. It has been sadly compromised. The crew came out and let us know what needed to be done to help the integrity of the tree for now, as we will have to take it down in the future. The guys were super nice. My husband and I appreciated their honesty. They are definitely experts and the tree looks great!

This company is very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous to customers, and safety-conscious. Their tree-cutting service was great and we would definitely recommend them. There was a miscommunication about the cut wood and that we wanted it for firewood, but much of it was run through the chipper. To resolve this, they showed up the next day with a truck full of cut firewood. What great customer service! We are very pleased. They also cleaned up everything after they were done and we will definitely use them again.

I can't say enough good things about this company. From the initial estimate, scheduling and service, they were fantastic to work with. We had lots of trees worked on, a hedge topped and trimmed, and a lilac bush trimmed up. They made sure I was happy with the work, asked about things they weren't sure of, offered opinions as needed and cleaned it all up.We had a bird's nest in one of the larger trees and the gentleman working on that tree carefully moved it and the baby birds while they worked. He put it back when they were done and we watched the momma bird came back to the nest several times. They did the job, but went above-and-beyond at each turn.

Last Summer, I had One 50 feet tall Alder tree cut&trimmed down about 15 feet from the top, my total services were around $700 by Arbor Magic Tree Services. I was very busy at the time, no time to get more quotes from others, I got their flyer from the mail, called and got the job done within a few days. This Summer, I just had Two 50 feet tall Alder trees cut&trimmed down about 25 feet from the top, my total services were around $650 by a different Tree Service (A "Local" Charitable Mission").Needless to say, I gave my business to one of these other company because of the very reasonable cost and I am perfectly happy with the work that was done.I learned my lesson.

Steve and his crew at Arbor Magic are really wonderful! I called no less than 6 tree care companies following a pretty bad windstorm, and Arbor Magic was the only one who called me back. I needed a downed limb removed and in the midst of a very busy time and he sent a couple guys over to quickly remove the limb who were on another job nearby. They took the limb and cleaned up everything... there was virtually no evidence they were here except for the limb that no longer was. There was no pressure, no upsell and no hidden extras. Steve and his crew are professional, super competent and their prices are competitive! I will keep Steve's card for sure and call again when needed.

Steve and his crew were amazing. Steve made time to come out to do an estimate on our schedule and then got his crew out to our property right away to do the work. Steve did a walk through with his crew before they started work, and then the crew did a walk through with me to confirm the work plan.Everyone was on time, the work was fantastic and the crew worked hard and efficiently all day. They cleaned up all of the debris, including sawdust and excess wood chips from the chipper. They really went the extra mile to make sure our property was cared for and that we were happy with the results of their work.Overall, an excellent experience. I would recommend Steve and his crew to anyone, and we will definitely use them again.Thanks Steve!
