Terrible dispensary with 0 customer service. The bud tender was so high he could barely count my change and could hardly be bothered to show me what I was interested to see. He also wore his face mask incorrectly, with his nose sticking out. + This business over charges medical patients per state and county tax regulations. I could have spent $100s of dollars today but I got less than $50 worth of products cuz this place isn't worth my money. I recommend you don't waste your time or money here.

Great staff. Line can be longer in the evening when everyone’s getting off of work. A lot of carts and demos with deals all the time. And product for every budget. Some people say they have problems with carts, but anytime I’ve had an issue and brought it up with staff they’ve helped me out or let me exchange the one one time I did get defective product , but I’m not bringing back half smoked cartridges either. Just wish the parking situation was better

This kind of this store has merchandise that is overpriced low quality they're selling $7 joints that are not full size and they taste horrible the customer service is OK I guess but how is it that I am a person as suffers cancer and I can't buy what I need because this store is so overpriced This store nice t*** be taken down because of their not for the people there for their own pockets they're not here to help anybody with illnesses with sicknesses with just trying to get through their day this marijuana market is outrageous if it didn't take so long to grow weed I think I'd do that but since I'm a cancer patient that isn't dying need of medical supplies I have no choice but to spend ridiculous amounts of money

I’m a military veteran that’s been going here for about a year now up until now I’ve never had any problems with any of the products I’ve purchased from this establishment so I was shocked that the Vape cartridge I purchased was broken when I got home. The lady who sold it to me was so nice that I thought you know what I will just return it tomorrow for a new one. The next day I tried to return it but a rude lady at the counter indirectly accuse me of breaking it and possibly even taking some of the oil out of it. She looked at it and said “owe no it didn’t come like this we would have seen It” and then gave me a rude suspected look as she asked me where’s the oil that goes in it. If you look at the pictures that I have posted the oils is clearly still in the product. That made me feel like she was thinking I took some of it out. Now mind you this is the first time I’ve ever taken back a product from this place I have no reason to lie or do anything so stupid and dangerous so I really was heartbroken and hurt that they would think I would do something like that. They wouldn’t even take my return with the receipt for a replacement. I’ve never left this place feeling more let down and hurt then I have today. I encourage you to open your product before leaving this establishment if you want to make sure you’re not being sold junk. I myself will never go here again.

I feel this is a great spot when they are stocked. They go through dry spots where they don't carry certain products for a large period of time, for example, crumble wax has just become available after 2 months without. I also feel the staff isn't asked to KNOW the product past the name. No one is expected to be an expert with their product so advice or answer to questions are not usually dependable which is disappointing compared to San Francisco locations where, almost any budtender can offer advice with ease since they are expected to help their patients properly and professionally.

Holistic Healing Collective is a great shop with knowledgeable budtenders and a very friendly staff. Working for a distribution company I have seen many different shops. Holistic Healing Collective has something for everyone. Recently I was in the shop holding a Heavy hitters demo and it went very well. I am excited to be coming back soon and I highly recommend that you bring your friends and family into Holistic Healing Collective.

This shop has a great vibe to it. Very clean, nice waiting area in the front, quality products and knowledgeable budtenders in the back and comfortable spacing as well. It’s a joy to put on demos here. Heavy Hitters will be back for another demo and it’s a day you don’t want to miss. They also are carrying the Heavy Hitters 2.2g cartridges in stock as well. Abother favorite of mine is the Ac\Dc CBD strain that’s also in stock in our 1g cartridges. A great way to kick start my morning is the combo of the Ac\Dc CBD with my morning coffee. After that it’s off to the gym. I feel focused and energized at the same time while combating any inflammation or tightness that maybe causing my body to feel tight. It’s a match made in heaven.

I just moved to this county & my first few experiences here were pleasant. The front desk receptionist & bud tenders are really nice, but the last time I went their was an Asian man handling the front desk & he was really rude he made me feel unwanted which made me not want to return. I greeted him while handing over my ID, unlike the other front desk receptionist he ignored my greeting looked me up & down & told me to sit my ID down almost as if he was disgusted & didn’t want to touch my ID or my hand. I felt so unwelcomed after being super friendly & getting rudeness in return. As if that wasn’t enough I had to go back to my car to retrieve my bag but when I returned & asked the front desk to unlock the door the Asian guy gave me more attitude because the door was already unlocked. business was slow at the time & the fron desk receptionist didn’t appear to be busy he appeared to not want to be there, complete rudeness from the receptionist this day for no reason at all, I haven’t been back since .P.s. they often keep items on the menu that are out of stock it’s really annoying

One of my favorite Bay Area dispensaries. The owner, Rebecca is outwardly kind and concerned about providing a safe place for her clients. She makes genuine efforts to protect her low prices and find good deals for her patients. The decor is always stylish and clean. And for the most part the staff is very informed and helpful. I love spinning the wheel between 4:20 and 5:20! Free gift if you spend $100 or more! And they have a frequent buyer stamp card! Her product NEVER disappoints!
