I love this place. The bud tenders are always friendly and super helpful. Anytime you've got a question about something they always have a well thought out and helpful response. The product at Med Station is also great quality, but for me it's the staff that makes this dispensary stand out above the others in the area. Great work Med Station staff, I'd name names but you are all stellar at what you do, keep it up guys!

I loved going here for the past two years, I didn't want to go anywhere else. Untill I bought a bong yesterday, the gentleman helped me out and all was well untill I got home and tryed it out. I cut my finger with the bowl. I said that's odd and looked at the bowl alot closer I noticed a peace was missing. So I cleaned it up after one smoke and took it back in the next morning. I was told that they can't do anything about it because it was used I said that's fine but can't we contact the distributor and get a replacement price so I don't constantly cut myself, I was told no. So I brought up how I would even pay for it and they said they can't help me. It just made me realize that they don't care about the customer there, to the point where they won't even work with you when you buy a faulty product that there employee should have looked over if this is a common occurrence. It just really disappointed me and I didn't want anyone else to buy bongs from here if they aren't going to even check before they give it to a customer if its broken.

They had botrytis on display and when I told the bud tender he had no clue what I was saying. I explained it to him then he just spun the jar so you can’t see it. Why even have regulations? Terrible unknowledgeable unskilled bud tenders. So sad P.S. I worked for green leaf labs they have the scales calibrated once a week. So once a year sounds like the bear legal minimum. So sad to see another dispensary barley remain legal. Hope to see it close soon

YOU WANT TO SHOP HERE!!! They have a wide variety of grower's with a larger display of QUALITY FLOWER for anyone's pocket book. The hash and flower selection rivals any big shop in Eugene with even better weekly/daily deals! I feel very blessed to have such a honey hole in the beautiful town of Cottage Grove!! The staff always has great picks and management keeps the quality consistent and I always leave in a better mood!!

I use to feel like family until i purchased my medication the other day. when i got home the weight was short. We called and said there was a problem with the scale since the air from the window and front door makes the scale go up and down. They said thank u and hung up..then i called back and asked if they wanted to loose me as a customer. I was told to come by the next day at a certain time and when We came by.. we were told it was our scale that was wrong and that theres nothing they could do and they didnt even apolagize or offer any discount ... infact we weigh or medication every time and havent had a problem until now. i have not been back since..I was a dedicated customer that spent 30 or more dollars a day for over a year... i would bring my dog in to visit and felt like family... i feel it is better to have happy customers that are like family that keep coming back...instead of a loss of a half gram.

They have two price boards. The digital one one the wall said 1/8 for 20. I said I'll take that. The guy pointed to the one on the counter and said these are the prices. Sorry my digital is wrong I can only give you 2.5. Well I'm sorry but you just lost a customer and any referrals. I dont fo well with FALSE ADVERTISING. There are 5 other places in town who dont operate that way.

FINALLY! A dispensary that is doing it right and for ALL the right reasons. We have had wonderful interactions with staff here and are always treated with respect and consideration. Ryan, Shelly, Kaden, Toby and Toria are stellar and beyond knowledgeable. The prices are great and the products they offer for medicinal use are amazing. They are patient and have always answered our questions with thought and care. We "high"ly recommend the MEDICATION STATION for all your marijuana needs.
