I placed an order at 9:20 and was told I would get a text when my order was ready. I finally went up to the door at 9:55 after I had waited 35 minutes then was very rudely turned away and was told it wasn’t their problem that they didn’t notify me. The security guard even came to my vehicle and very hatefully told me to move then told me to “shoo” when I walked up to the window trying to show my order, time and message showing to wait until they notified me because of Covid-19. They appeared very high and too lazy to do their job; which is why I believe they forgot to text me but didn’t care enough to correct THEIR mistake. Never been to such an unprofessional establishment.

Product is good and people are nice enough but their service is crazy slow bc they are so often understaffed. One budtender taking orders and one running around doing misc tasks. If there are 2 people in front of me in line, it takes as much time as when there are 10 people in front of me at a different dispensary. Got sick of long waits for no reason and stopped going. Staff the place correctly and it would be a great shop.

I'd just like to share my sincerest thanks to all the staff at Medicine Man here in Denver and at your Thornton location which is closer to where I live. I've lived in Colorado for about a year or so and the medicine you provide is some of the absolute best I've ever had and its consistently potent and reliable. I was even fortunate enough to be able to take up growing thanks to you all and I've had a lot of success with that first sprouting an Emerald OG seed I found lucky enough and a clone. The first clone I got from you guys was the Iron Triangle strain and I've already had the joy of harvesting and enjoying some of it. Thank you all so much for the work you do making these medicines. I'm very grateful I have a place I can go to when I need medicine that I can trust all the time. I'll share some pictures of the plants I've been able to grow successfully thanks to you all. :)

I have shopped at the Nome location for years now (medical side). Overall, its a cool little place and they have some great flower at really good prices. Most of the staff are a really nice budtenders and care about your bud. I always ask for the big buds, and most of the time they come through, like today, just came from there and noticed I had some huge buds in my pre-order. Love it!As long as they keep up with the good & friendly service service, this will always be my spot!

This is the worst dispensary I have ever been to. First off I ordered online and it didn't make a difference I still had to wait in the regular line so it didn't make it quicker or more efficient. Also I regret not looking at my order before leaving, I had ordered a 1/2 ounce of blue dream which is a favorite strain of mine and a lot of people. This is hands down the worst weed I have seen since I had to buy it off the street I've had Mexican swag in the 90's that was better! DONT GO HERE!!!

First visit ever to a Colorado dispensary. I chose this location after reading the owners story and the rating on yelp. Being from a state that does not having any form of legalized “pot” I decided to see what this was all about for myself. After entering the Medicine Man facility I was stopped inside the door by a security guard asking to check my ID. This young man saw that I was from another state and he quickly put me at ease. Next I was viewing the showcases out on the floor when a young lady named Marleana, (I hope I got her name correct) showed me her premier customer service skills. She asked me for my ID and I’m assuming due to my southern accent and from viewing my ID that I was clueless to what was going on inside this establishment. We discussed the digital reader board that was behind her and she explained in details what all the names and products meant. Ultimately I didn’t leave there empty handed due to Marleana’s wonderful customer service skills. Wonderful employees, great product lines and great prices that make this Denver’s premier dispensary!!

I called before the store closed an was told i still had time, but by the time i made it there i had abt 5 mins to actually pck something out (which wasnt the problem) but the cashier basically rushed me in a very rude manner so i couldnt even pick anything out over him ranting abt they were closing in 5 mins. I ended up leaving an going somewhere else. Everytime i visit this place its very unpleasant staff always super dry. Golden meds a much better trip.

I got to be honest. I was extremely dissatisfied at this visit. I got the choose any 5 rights special and on the spec ops 3. Was extremely dry and brittle .I wasn't fresh this isn't the only time that this has happened. This happened about 3 months ago and I hadn't visited Med Man again until today. I think I'm a fair critic of goods and services all around the country being that I love the customer service and hospitality. But the products just aren't making the grade. Receiving this product in this state is no good to me because I like freshness along with presentation. I also had sever pieces of trash in the Tangerine strain that I selected. That look liked strings of confetti. Almost as if I been duped. I travel here and have visited this location numerous of times but this visit drove an even bigger wedge between me patronizing this location again. Sorry but it can be better on the product. Maybe I will try again later next year but I'm done purchasing with Med Man

I freaking love this place.!!! Marleana is amazeballs. She took good care of us multiple times and she really knows her stuff !!!! I will come here every single time I find myself on this side of the country.!!!! Great customer service and good quality for really good prices.!!!! Yes, yes, yes.!!! We also got helped by this other older gentleman but he just wasn't as helpful. Very thankful for finding her a second time.!!! Woot woot
