From the looks of other reviews I can see some folks have been unhappy with this place. Honestly, I do not know why..We have never been disapointed with products sold at this business. Prices are far better than others, especially that "livewell" place others have mentioned. If you want product that is soaked in unknown chems go get your stuff at livewell. If you want decent prices for excellent product and great service from any of the staff come here. I know my wife and I will always get our stuff from the dang ole Medicine Man. Thanks!

I’m starting to realize that all the dispensary in this area sell bad weed. I bought a $8 pre roll that taste like a cigarette. It was so gross. I went back in to see if it was just the joint I bought a 1/4 brought it home checked the trichomes under my microscope and they are all clear. That is a sign that they are pull the weed to soon. To be honest they are not selling you medicine it’s trash weed. All the places in Cortez are doing this to us.

Big store with lots of variety. We asked about edibles for sleep and they presented many options not given elsewhere and gave much needed information and advice so we could decide of the best combination of THC and CBD. He even suggested another alternative at another store. They had a sale on a few products which is unusual outside of happy hours. Even their regular prices were good. Parking is on street but we didn't have a problem. Highly recommend this place.

I started going to medicine man about 3 years ago after researching CBD on line. Never knew about THAT SIDE of the product. I suffer from arthritis in a major way, over 25 years & was looking for answers. The bud tender was very knowledgeable about what I was asking & she was helpful with what i was looking for. I felt at ease & not pressured into anything. Took the topical home & tried it for the first time that evening. I am happy to say that the product basically saved my life. No longer walk with a cane & have tried other products to help with pain & other issues. Last year I tried 2 other stores & was meant to feel awful so I left both places without purchases. Yeah I've had less then excellent help one other time here but I knew what I wanted & the prices are the best. I'm returning this weekend to resupply. Never going any where else. You ALL have great customer service & I've always been helped with my questions. Good owners hire good people. Love this place & have my business for a long time in the future. Thanks,, you guys really helped me deal with my disease.

After shopping with you for three years and everyone making me feel welcome Tuesday Aug 13 first thing in the morning you had a young female on the counter with a bad attitude and that will ruin your reviews quicker than anything. I was third customer in store where you had a sign on floor to stop at a post. The gentleman in front of me was standing in front of sign where I couldn't see it and young lady that wouldn't give me her name was hateful and belligerent to both of us. He couldn't read it because at his feet. The young woman does clearly not respect her elder's as well. I told her to be nice three times while she was being hateful then she told me to leave. I went down the street to competitor and was greeted with opened arms. You won't have to worry about me, I would never step foot in your store ever again.

Stopped in on Tuesday and everything off the top shelf was $10 a gram! Friendly staff, great vibe in the store. Never walked into a place that smelled so good. I’ve been traveling these passed two weeks and visited different dispensaries within my travel. My tender Alivia was very helpful and pointed me out to the best stuff on the shelf, which I was very very pleased with my old stoner soul. Will be back my next round, hopefully on a Tuesday.

Stopped here three times in three days and was helped by a different person each day. They were all phenomenal and definitely went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed, and they saved me money too. I'm a tourist too, and I still received excellent service. This shop is exactly what you're looking for in a homegrown dispensary. They'll make sure you get what you need.

I have issues with endometriosis and had questions about the CBD products to help me with the pain. Brendan is the employee that helped me, he was not embarrassed or uncomfortable talking to me about female issues and hooked me up with some gummies that have helped me immensely. Very professional young man and there were many products to choose from.

The only place I've found the right gummies, however I will NOT be returning. I had my temporary id cared and the counter person rudely demanded the hard copy "too", I replied hunny I dont have a hard copy, the temp id is what you get until you receive the hard copy. His response was to kick me out of the store. because I didn't have a hard id.. the temp card IS legal and I am a customer who suffers from a rare disorder in which I cant get food to go into my stomach. Its ppl like me that has paid, the "what" & the "why" behind it even being legal! They will not get my business again!

I visited this location back in February and was very pleased with my visit and the product I bought, so it made me more excited for the visit back. Which I came in on Saturday May 25. I was looking for topicals and cbd edibles I bought previously and wanted to expand my options so the tender that was helping me was, Steven. I briefly asked for his opinion and he picks up a product and starts reading it like he has NEVER picked up the product before and he was going to wing me some information, then he goes on and tells me that he believes cbd doesn’t help with pain. He then leads me off the topic and starts talking about his education and what he’s planning on doing for his masters degree online, which I NEVER asked him. So I tell him “back to cbd products” and he got offensive towards me because I cut him off on what he was saying about his education. He starts rushing my time there because he, “he hasn’t taken his last break yet”. As he said to me in a mannerless way. I’ve spent $236 Saturday on topicals, edibles and vape pens. As he was cashing me out, the computer is slow and he keeps repeating that he hasn’t taken his last break. Then he starts talking about his computer and how he can not function on that computer and he always gets “set up”. I was NOT pleased with my service this time. Steven is a misogynist and made me feel bad walking out those doors, for as much money I spent in this store. He discriminates products in the store and as well as the store itself. I was surprised this store allows such behavior on the sales floor. I figured age comes with maturity, apparently not Saturday with Steven.
