Overall Feedback:
In general it is a great place but I have no other to compare to, prices are very good and the two female staff I've dealt with are helpful and super nice as is one of the guys. But others (guys) are ok but they sometime give you the feeling that you are just bothering them (don't really know how to deal with the public, a smile can go a long way). I've bought plants from them on two occasions and the first two were great and then I bought another two a few weeks later. Well a few weeks later the last two I bought we're males. I informed them by e-mail and got no response at all and the staff suggested that I come when Boris (the owner) is in.Of course the first excuse I got is that because of some sort of shock turned them into hermaphrodites, which I'm pretty sure is not the case since they had only male features and did not get any "shock" as it was treated exactly as the first two. Then he told me that I should have made sure they were female before I put them close to the others to prevent pollination. If I buy a plant it absolutely must be females and I was assured by the staff that they only sell females as males are of no use to smoke and only used for fertilization. Results: my two original plants are full of seeds and not really good for smoking since the plants put the energy into growing seeds rather than just growing the flower. The males I just cut them and brought them back to the store as they are useless. So I paid $40 for the first two and $30 for the other two (which we're males) and all I got was $50 worth of product which does not even cover the original cost, wasted my time taking care of them for a few months and got a product which is barely smokable (from the two first plants) and absolutely nothing except wasted time from the second two plants. Sorry but that is not what you should do when your product fails. I hope with the new law coming up we will have more choice of dispensaries and hopefully better quality control so that we get what we pay for.
