The best spot ever to get all your medical needs! The service is fast , on time and done with such joy. I love how special they make you feel ,they Greet you by name if they know you . Prices are reasonable and they always have deals. I am a mother on a budget so it is a big relief to be able to find something that will not break your pockets. I would reccomend this place to all my mmj card holders!.

Stole 10$ from me. Ordered a pre roll and didn't get it. I came right back but store was closing.Update: 6/18 I came back the next day and I did receive my pre-roll, however there's was no apology or consideration for my time or distance travelled two unnecessary times to retrieve what I had already paid for. Chris was the manager and I am not satisfied with his services. I will not be returning.

Plenty of staff - no real wait...as a new patient - was grateful for that. Average to pricing - seem to be competitive with popular items. Lots of choices. Looks like regular daily/weekly etc specials are pretty sweet, too. Only disappointed that they wouldn’t honor their new patient BOGO - which is why I tried them out. Wasn’t completely unexpected tho’. They will honor @ a later date....supposedly ???? Not a wasted trip - even @ about 20 miles round trip - and I live in a location where there are a lot of dispensaries to choose from. Would recommendWould probably return

I've had an issue I have been attempting to resolve with your business and was left high and dry after numerous phone calls to your management, only to be told that you were too busy. My number was taken multiple times and I am beginning to believe that the reason no one is calling me back is because you people are actually finally starting realizing that the way your company conducted its sale with me is illegal. Either that is the case, or your employee's are not properly trained to recognize that a customer requesting the resolution of a legal matter is actually an issue which deserves attention. How do I contact the correct person within your umbrella business to rectify this situation? All phone calls I've made thus far have resulted in no corrective action, or even an inkling of responsibility.

Check-in was fine security guard was nice enough but I sat in the waiting room for an hour while the place was empty 2 + even after inquiring about what the holdup is ended up just leaving after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting. This was also after they asked me my name five times and still couldn't seem to get it together.I could have sworn I gave them my ID when I came in and my medical card right off the bat I don't understand what the problem is why this is such a difficult thing

OMFG!!! SHAVON...U SAVED ME GIRL!! I was LOST and confused on what to get and everything!! LOL But seriously Shavon was 5 star worthy. She is VERY knowledgeable and answered any and all of my questions without hesitation. She has the PERFECT attitude and level of patience for customer service. I wish I could deal with her personally every time I went to a dispensary. I had her on the phone for about an hour and she kept her patience with me the whole time. U GO GIRL!!! Excellent place.

I understand that everything going on is stressful for them and they deal with lots of stress from clients as well. But I’m in the same boat, and I never treated a client the way he did to me. And I would’ve understood that we came to late I came in straight from work. Will not come back.

If you haven't been here before then you should avoid it until after the quarantines are done. They don't want you there. I spent $200 but the receptionist was rude and the budtenders seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping anyone. Took me almost 2 hours to get my order as they just ignored me sitting there. There were about 4 people in the parking lot waiting when I arrived, however by the time I was seen at least 15 people had gotten their order. Including a different new customer. Selection was nice but service was bad. No help with strains, have to know what you want before you arrive or already ordered. Budtender told me he was giving me a free preroll for my inconvenience but charged me for that as well.

I went to this dispensary for the first time and was very satisfied with their flower strains. not only were they good but the customer service was great as well. I would definitely recommend this dispensary to anyone. Try making the early bird and I got 2 prerolls for $12 and they pack a relaxing punch so far, at least every one I've tried.Thank you guys so much for helping.
