I used to live here since 2007-early 2015. I lived in appartment 455. Im crying, I miss everybody. I dont like Sandy tho, is she still the apparment manager? Once I saw her at my local walmart back when I still lived there. MY friends and I were quite the trouble makers, we would climb over the wall at the back, near the playground. If anybody remembers us, i'd be amazing. Im trying to find Liza, Shade, Maddison, and another friend.

Worst apartment ever! Sandy is the rudest office lady I’ve ever seen. Constantly yelling at children for running around ( what they are supposed to do ) . Sandy also yelled and threatened to call CPS on me for getting a complaint at 11pm when my son was crying because he didn’t want to go to sleep. The walls are so thin people constantly complain. No parking at all . We have a two bedroom and were given one spot. Stay away!

We really like our new apartment. The rent cost is pretty good and the office staff is phenomenal. 4.5 Stars. The only thing that prevents me from giving a full 5 stars is how complicated the parking is. My fiance and have to swap cars everyday because I get home after him and he is the first one to leave in the morning for work. Other than this, I am very happy we moved in.

Ocean Breeze Villas has been a great experience from viewing to living. My daughter and I came to view OBV and meant to keep looking for a new home, but after meeting with Sandy and Marlene, we went home and decided that OBV would be our new home. Besides a welcoming and friendly management, the location is in one of California’s most sought out cities to live in. You have the beach 5 miles away, close Frwy access and Bella Terra, Target, Vons, Cheesecake Factory, Kabukis and so many more restaurants, markets and shops close by. OBV is a gated community with assigned parking, laundry facilities in the residence, gated pool and a gym with a pleasant relaxing view for a not so exhausting workout, and the best part is, it’s Pet friendly and also make it easy to make your monthly payment online. I don’t think we could have picked a better place to live, It’s like resort living.

Today I ran into Sandy as we are walking into our apartment. She asked how I like living here and I said I like it a lot. It is close to my sisters school, my work is down the street and our apartment is nice. I can hear a people at the pool, there’s a dog that barks sometimes but it’s ok for us. She also asked if I was going to stay after my lease comes up and i said yes. I seen the other people that posted on Saturday but the office is nice to us and we forget our keys inside all the time and they help us. Manny did come by on Sunday and put our screen door on the tracks. MH

I went to see an apartment and Sandy was one employee that helped me with. She seemed nice at the beginning but then I witnessed a very rude and impatient behavior from her towards a (what seemed like a resident) woman who was asking to fix a door from her apartment. If she acted like that after you signed the contract I do not want to live there. Also, I asked some people who live there what they think about the place and this woman called Sandy. They said that the place is not that good. Days to fix stuff and clothes go missing at the laundry! Also they said Sandy is very rude at them. Summary, I will not live there ! I wouldn’t recommend people to live there too !! Very disappointed with my first impression!

To the management, Sandy is very very rude! She screams at the children for everything and is very cruel. They can not play with their skateboards, bike, if they play with their toys the office collects. This is the largest apartment complex with flaws, full of drug dealers and gang members. steal your clothes in the laundry if you do not supervise your machine and the office does nothing to change that. anyone can enter the condominium, it's not a safe condominium. I hate living here, it was the worst choice, I'm counting the days for this contract to end and leave that old apartment with lousy architecture and ridiculous rules! Never make the mistake of living here, you pay dearly for a bad place

Ocean Breeze Villas is an awesome place to live. The hallways are clean and usually pretty quiet. The office is attentive and reliable. Sandi does a wonderful job maintaining the residents happy and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. The maintenance crew is always cleaning and running errands (unlike other locations where maintenance crews are always on their phone). It is also a great place for kids, the playground is clean and right next to the pool. The adult pool is also very clean, I have seen the pool guy around 7:00 am making sure the pool is up to date. I have friends who have lived at Ocean Breeze Villas for 6+ years and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. I would also like to address some remarks made from other reviews. The parking was not always convenient, however the office has been making changes to improve that issue. Double parking spots are now opening up, making it easier for families etc. I have seen residents from all backgrounds treated with respect. There have been multiple renovations made; including remodeled apartments, new hallway carpets, new doors, new roof tiles, expansion of the gym, new mail room, freshly painted pavement etc.

This is the biggest failure Apartment complex, full of drug dealers and gang members, biggest scam and con of what they offer mildew everywhere and the girls who work in the office are nice until you get into the apartment then the hell starts. The walls are thin, and the tenants complain a lot. Avoid the hassle stay away from that place.

DONT EVER MOVE HERE. PLACE IS A DUMP. FRONT OFFICE LADIES ARE LAZY AND HAVE NO MANNERS. THEY LOCK YOU DOWN FOR A 1 YEAR LEASE AND DONT LET YOU KNOW THEY ADD ANOTHER MONTH!!! THEY CHARGE YOU AN EXTRA 3K. ONCE YOU DONT PAY THEM THEY REFER YOU TO TOD A BRISCO ( LOOK THEM UP THEY ARE HORRIBLE AS WELL) I ASKED SANDY TO HELP US WITH THE PAPER WORK AND SHE "DECLINED" BC IT WAS AGAINST HER POLICY. EXPECT THEM TO FREEZE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
