Have had some good experiences over the last 5 months, but have also had 3 bad experiences as well. Not terribly good at customer service or satisfaction. I would say not well managed, but that could just be the corporate policy. When things go wrong, communication ceases. The product is mostly decent. But when you are at the head of the line and after 2 hours in the heat and rain and you still haven't gotten in, it is pretty rude to not keep your customers apprised of any developments instead of scurrying in the door and closing it. If you aren't going to answer questions about what's being done and how long it will be, you don't deserve people's business. If people have driven sometimes 2 or 3 hours to get there, they at least deserve an answer.

Very nice and friendly! Had to make the 120 mile round trip here the other week as all the other close ones were shut down early for the day or closed. I wish this place was closer because I'd go all the time! This place has one of the best menus and alot of flower always in stock to pick from ! I got one of my all time fave strains (bear dance ) from this place the other week ! They're very friendly and there's plenty of parking! Will definitely be back even though it's 60 miles one way but I'll def be back to grab some stuff as their menu is literally one of the best ! Def reccomed doing the drive if you're a little ways away from this place because it's definitely a hidden gem !

Jessica L is a sweetheart! Super friendly and an amazing budtender. She definitely deserve the $10 tip I was going to give her until she told me they are not allowed to take tips. My friend and I were standing in line and were told to stand six feet apart we were both wearing masks. No problem so we did, we stood six feet next to each other. Because she was not buying. I got my order and they gave me the ticket. While we were standing in line one of the security personnel said"i could put choclate or product on the x's and people would still not stand on them.(mind you I was on the x and she was 6 ft away from me on the side so I'm not sure what the deal was. Whatever. I get up to the door and a worker comes out and says "that's it" and everyone was told to leave. The time was 6:51 and they close at 7. If they cannot guarantee you will get in the door why did they even take my order. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere. This is not the first time I have ran into rude workers at this specific location.

Love coming here the staff is great very friendly n helpful and the wait time hasn't been bad anytime I've went I've waited maybe 20 mins b4 getting inside plus they have an atm on site which is great if ur like me n forget to pull cash bcuz it is cash only no credit or debit cards which bites but maybe that will change in the future but I definitely recommend coming here if ur in need of quality products!!

By far the best dispensary from Chicago to the Quad Cities, during this Covid-19 pandemic they have been incredibly efficient and their staff has been very hard working, friendly, and have been doing above and beyond things like bringing out menus and allowing customers to vote ahead of time for the people in line who have to wait due to the Covid-19 restrictions. The staff from the clerk's, to the security outside, to the workers handling the door, to the people moving the product behind the doors, they all are phenomenal! I happily drive 90 minutes every time to this dispensary because it is by far the best in the state and should remain open for years to come!! Great service again thank you very much once again!

Went there without a mask and placed my order in the line. Waited for about an hour only to be turned away at the door for not having a mask. Fortunately the Greenhouse in Morris provided me with a mask upon arriving and seemed to be a much nicer and friendlier environment! Would absolutely recommend them over verilife any day of the week.

First visit on 4/16. Clearly this place is all about profit and not about patients. While most dispensaries prioritize medical, once you get in the door here the patient treatment stops. You are handed the same product list everyone gets and you have to compete with rec sales to get your medicine. Worse yet, while you are sitting there waiting for the ONE station they have running medical to call you back, the FOUR other stations selling rec are cranking customers through, often undercutting the patients waiting. They say to pre-order to avoid this but the online menu is not even close to reality. If you are a med patient avoid this place if possible. Like the reviews say the staff is pleasant, but the management of this shop leaves a lot to be desired.

Closing procedures could not be more unprofessional for the customer. I drove an hour and a half, got there a good 45 mins before close, was allowed to wait in line at least 35 mins, when 10 mins before close the doors were closed and "that's it." Because of this I will never return to any Verilife dispensary. Verilife will lose thousands of dollars in business from me every year. I will go to NuMed in East Peoria and Champaign instead. Verilife you should contact NuMed to inquire how they operate their business. Order ahead pickup scheduling. Works very well for the customer. Maybe you guys don't care because you are the only dispensary in your area. I don't know. But there were many more people waiting outside than just me. All of them wasting their gas and time also. I own a very successful retail business. You guys need some help. Unprofessional. Are you a legitimate business? Or just glorified weed dealers?
