I am ALMOST reluctant to give this a good review, because I truly believe I've found one of Seattles best kept secrets. Everyone is so kind, they're making a HUGE effort to keep people safe, and I am constantly aghast at the prices. I just walked in with $20 and walked out with 7g. Yes it's not top shelf but its GOOD and they have so many options at similar price points. I used to be a loyal to Herbs House but now? I wont buy weed anywhere else.

I've waited two weeks to give my review, to see if my situation would be corrected. as of today, it hasn't been. I contacted the owner/manager and explained to her that. i was overcharged for 5 packs of pre rolls that I bought. I pre ordered them and the price was higher when I got to the store. I explained it to the budtender and she dismissed me saying she couldn't do anything about it. I emailed the owner and she asked for my receipt. I sent it to her with no reply. I've gone to this store and the capital Hill location more time than I can count. Due to this I highly recommend you call down to the store if you pre.order.something there's no guarantee the price is right. I'm quoting the budtender on that one. Good luck everyone and unfortunately nI wouldn't recommend this location.. I went back to give them another chance today and dispite it being 915 am and they open at 8.... They are closed and I can't.get.any info on why.

August 19th 2019 around 6pm I went into the shop with my boyfriend. I forgot my ID so I stepped out of the store (without being asked to) and waited for my boyfriend. After five minutes, I cracked the door open to let him know that I would meet him at Goodwill. The woman behind the counter started yelling at me at the top of her lungs "Get out! You are not allowed in here!" My foot wasn't even in the store. Then I told her I was telling my BF I was going to Goodwill that I wasn't coming the store and she repeated yelling at me then and told me "She didn't care!". I will never come back to this store and neither will my boyfriend. He just moved into the neighborhood. I am almost 50 years old I don't look 21. What a horrible experience here at this place. We will never come back.

I've been to Ruckus multiple times since they opened and every time it has been an awesome, welcoming experience. What's more, I've had outstanding customer service that has ranged from friendly conversation to detail oriented, thoughtful curation of the experience I was seeking. On top of all that, their specials are out of this world affordable for darn nice quality. I'd highly recommend this cozy shop and the friendly staff to anyone whether a regular or newbie. I'll be back for sure. Great work Ruckus!

Awesome little recreational cannabis dispensary. I had been to their Capitol Hill location many times and loved it, and the new location is just as great with a slightly more chill Ballard vibe :) Really lovely. Plus, they have dog treats for all the neighborhood puppers so they're after my heart! Can't wait for all the doggo to know this is the place to walk their owners so I can pet them all.
