Feedback:

I don't know where they get off thinking they're so special that they only accept first time patients during certain hours, but that's what I had the unfortunate privilege of learning after driving 40 minutes to go there. Adding insult to injury, there weren't any other customers there when I went. What a joke, if you're going to try and tell me when I can come to your store I'm simply going to take my business elsewhere. If you're going to have useless policies like this, at least inform people on your website with an obvious notice or some sort of post so that they don't waste their time dealing with you like I did.
