I can easily give The Patient Station dispensary a 5 Star rating. Great, knowledgeable and super friendly service. Great selection of products. High quality products. Very fair and competitive pricing. Their website is easy to navigate and order from. Online ordering and pick up is convenient, simple and easy. Delivery options are affordable and easy as well.

One of the few businesses that truly cares about its customers. I've been a patient here for over 5 years. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. You can order online, call, or place an order on site. They all wear masks, sanitize the collection delivery baskets after each patient. In all the time I've been a patient here, I have always been treated with respect and genuine concern.You can't fake caring. I drove there today in tears after my experience at exclusive. It was a night and day difference, and not because exclusive is busier. The difference is that the patient station business is built on providing a service to their customers-to actually add value to people's lives and not just make bank. I very much appreciate the entire experience here and highly recommend them.

I absolutely love love love the patient station !! Very very friendly staff and lovely ladies that work there I mean every time I go in I always feel that warm cozy welcome it feels like family . We always start talking about our days there also always focused on my needs and what I am looking for . I always have a hard time deciding so usually the girls will say okay what kind of day you having what you looking to spend . and my experience I’ve always been in and out I love the deals they always throw out not just any deals I’m talking big gas platinum vapes cannalicious savage . You name it they got it . The owners are absolutely so nice & even there security staff so nice as well . And even if you are not set up for text messaging from the depo just ask when your there they will set that up for you . And they will also let you know when you walk in . The girls absolutely know there brands they can even suggest on taste as well . I moved a bit away and this was and still is my go 2 I have went other places and always find myself coming back . I LOVE THE PATIENT STATION keep up the good work (oh & I love the fish tank) to sit in a room and see beautiful fish such a plus while waiting .

My experience today, July 24, 2019, at The Patient Station, 530 S. Huron, Ypsilanti was HORRIBLE!! I am 70 years old struggling with a nerve disorder & possible pre on set dementia. When I arrived, I provided my license and medical marijuana card. The women at the computer checking in could not find me in their system and asked that I filled out their paperwork, NP. I got that completed and sat down until I was called. Yeah my turn as I was beginning to tremble. The women that took their form from me is now in the product room talking to me about another form while the salesgirl was talking that just made things worse for me. The lady from the counter could see I was having difficulty signing my name trembling so bad. I really needed to get what I ordered and home. NOPE!!! I paid cash for my product but there was confusion with the women that took my paperwork and the girl that rang it up. As this point I asked nicely SEVERAL TIMES may I please just have my money back? I was repeatedly told were just waiting for your receipt and go sit down. Now everybody in the place customers and employees are involved. I finally just yelled give me my Fn money back. Now I have employees yelling at me and CUSTOMERS. The women I called a B, she absolutely is!! It was not her business. I will be contacting the state licensing and have an appointment with my attorney to see what my legal options are. Your ability to discuss payments and products is supposed to be done privately not in front of customers and others. None of this would have happened had your employees just refunded me as I requested. Please make sure you keep all your videos I am sure my attorney will want to see them.

This is hands down my go to place for medicine!! They always have a great selection & the best prices around! I have been a medical cardholder for 4 years & this was the second dispensary that I stopped at! I only go elsewhere when they have to close for legal reasons! Yes I have gotten the wrong order once or twice & I've walked out missing part of my order. They are currently a very small building & mistakes happen, they always make it right, even if I get all the way home with the wrong order. They are also a very busy place so if you are in a hurry call your order in before you go if you know what you want, if not you should expect to wait but usually no more than 5-15 minutes. They will have a bigger, better place next year that can help multiple patients at one time. The staff is terrific & usually very helpful. Jim, the owner is also awesome! I guess my only complaint is that they haven’t hired me to be a part of their “family” yet! TPS keep up the great work, your patients love & appreciate you!! See you soon!

I would never buy their dried out prepackaged flower but that’s just me...I do have an issue though when you won’t allow me to check in due to an arbitrary last name hyphen that was never an issue prior considering you let me shop there numerous times in the last two months. Don’t waste your time with these people because they won’t even give you the time of day on our last visit the girl was too concerned with her lunch delivery to even apply the proper discounts to my order. Go to Ann Arbor where there are actual standards!

Ive been coming here since they opened. Prices are very reasonable, and deals of the day are always nifty. Jim and Corey are amazing individuals set out to help our community in the best ways they know how. They actually DO care about us paitents, and the place is nice. Pretty fascinating fish tank, beautiful outside decorations, and the girls in the front are always friendly sweethearts. If your ever feelin down, head down to the station. You won't be disappointed.

Its pretty sad that you can't take positive criticism so im going to repost this and my other reviews until i know the problem is solvedVery happy with my first visit. Wide range of fare priced, high quality products and customer service was wonderful. My one request is that you informe your budtenders a little bit more. This is the third dispensary I have gone to where I had this problem- the budtender tried to tell me that there was 1,000 mg of THC in one gram of RSO. there was no misconception or confusion of words, your budtender truly believes that so they need to be educated on the product before selling it to people. I I would also recommend putting test results on the packaging. How can you claim that you are a fully licensed and tested facility when you have no idea what cannabinoid levels are in your product or if you do know the test results you should be releasing them to your patient's so they can properly medicate themselves. Aside from that my budtender was great and very kind so let it be known this is an issue at the management level.

Been going here since I got my card... While i Do miss many of the old staff...this place is The Bomb... Jim, the owner is Always on site, and ANY Thing he sees that may be a hazard, or Dismaying to his clients, he Gets it Right ASAP... Until all the redtape from legalization, he ensured that when you came in, you had access to plenty of free, bottled water or a cup of hot, Fresh coffee... For a while in summer he even handed out slurpies... Yep... Slurpies....Free with your order... Thank your Government for Taking ALL That... He even Ate The Cost of Taxation for us for as long as he could Reasonably do so, and still keep making money.... Yep... There were no taxes those first few weeks... JimIsTheMan.... Seriously.Can NOT WAIT for the new building to Open ~~ And His Sons are All pretty cool too... Except That Tall Blonde One... 😘😂💞

The patient station is my go to store in Ypsilanti! Literally the best price around on everything they have except maybe a couple of things that they are the same price as everyone else. Dabs from here same brand and strain as a store a block away and are anywhere from ten to twenty dollars cheaper on the gram. Seriously doesn't matter if it's dabs or flower or vape cartridges, they are hands down the best price! A little smaller than the other places so I suggest you pre order for convenience but totally worth it. I drive from a city away for the prices they are that good even including the gas it takes on our boat of a car to get there. Thanks guys! Now that that's said very disorganized i have gotten the wrong order seven times over a year and a half i have been going there and was able to return these things for the correct product if I hadn't left before I found out I got the wrong thing. If however I went all the way home then found out I just wouldn't exchange it to far of a drive and to long of a wait to return it. Whatever the reason may be they have been forced to shut down far more than any other dispensary around. Other than that they are a good shop.
