Very cute shop; fair prices. I was buying a lot for a kit I was making and they were unable to answer my questions; I felt hurried and rushed out the door. Maybe I'm old fashioned but if I spend an hour in the car driving up, another 30 min fighting for parking...I expected a little more. I was going to ask if I needed anything else that would be a good staple for my kit but changed my mind when I kept getting rushed.

Customer service, like parking, has been severely lacking at this shop any time I've ever been there. They haven't ever had the herb I'm looking for, even though there's an empty jar for it that sits on the wall. The first time I went in, the cashier was mid - conversation with people who were not shopping, didn't say hello, and finished her conversation before asking if I needed help. Another time, the cashier was nowhere to be found, ignored me saying hello, then claimed that I snuck up on her.I won't be shopping here anymore.

The herb shoppe is amazing! I had such a positive experience and the staff was so patient and helpful. As a newbie to herbalism and apothecary, it's so refreshing to be guided and helped out without any judgement. Vicky is super awesome and knows so much about herbalism and essential oils. Great selection of herbs and they have some delicious kombucha on tap :)
