BAIT AND SWITCH BUYER BEWARE. Terrible experience here. Ordered an ounce and 4 pre rolls online for pickup and after I picked it up I realized that they gave me a totally different strain than I ordered for both the ounce and the pre-rolls. Prices might be good but the employees are careless and you’ll probably end up unsatisfied. I even spoke with the manager and the best thing he could come up with was a $25 Credit when my order was $150 and they messed everything up. 0/10 experience, can not recommend.

This place used to be one of the top dispensaries in denver, very well known for their quality and prices. Being a former bud tender for two of the best medical dispensaries in Denver, I know they were were awesome. Ever since Logan left, it’s been a steady decline in the formerly great pricing, products I’m speaking of aren’t theirs, so that’s not a factor. And they used to actually respond to direct questions before, whoever is managing their IG is a unprofessional joke.

Good prices but they do not have a good process for covid. Takes 30 minutes every time. Not worth the 5 dollar differnce. They used to have pick ups but now you have to wait in line no orders and risking exposure near questionably clean people. Like being in a Colfax public restroom. They need to figure it out cause they are losing buisness. The other dispensaries don't have the same problem. Please help it pig and whistle. I still would like to buy here. PS. Security guys is really nice and gave me extra masks. Kudos to that man!!!

Great place, great staff. Super helpful, and when I was accidentally given the wrong product & showed proof the staff there gave me my original order PLUS let me keep what I got. Right on the spot. The deals are honestly FIRE FIRE FIRE TOO. Lazercat couch lock is why I only make it in once a week-ish lol. Well worth it every time though!

I used to like going here , but a few times I've gone now kinda get screwed over , went and picked up an eighth and asked what the level was , I was told %24 , I get home and the container says %14 , this is why I prefer to look at your shelf over listening to an employee lie to me about thc levels, I don't like dishonest business practices , so I think I'm done shopping here.

I use the Westword for all my buying and to come here and told a different price is false advertising. Nonetheless, to receive attitude for stating the fact on what’s been printed is even more annoying. Was told craft carts 500 mg is $14 and not $12 on my visit on April 13 @ 8:30 PM. Not that it’s a huge imposition, but the bad attitude behind it didn’t make me want to buy. I understand due the current situation things are stressful.

so not happy with this place not only did it take an hour to get some product i also was not given change on my money i did the math they stole 25 dollars i will be talking to bosses about this and the two girls behind medical at 12:30 the 18th of april you will pay me my money. depending on how they handle this will depend if i call the irs for an audit of this place.

The price is right but basically every time I go and request a specific item, I leave with the wrong item. It is a rarity to walk away with the actual product I tried to purchase. Idk it just seems that a bud tender should be able to differentiate between their products and the names of strains before bagging it up for you, but they seem incompetent in doing so. I can't remember a time in the last year that they got it right, it's been a while since they successfully sold me the right product instead of sending me home with some random product I never even considered purchasing. (Aka the wrong dab strain with a much lower quality)

Been to Alot of dispensaries,This has the be the worst I've seen,All the joints are old af,The concentrates have peices of plastic in them from the lid.And they keep getting new staff,I'm guessing it's not fun to work there😂
