Thanks to quarantine I decided to try delivery for the first time last Thursday. After looking at quite a few menus I decided on Pineapple Express because of their awesome product assortment. Rosie in the office was so nice they called ASAP and helped me with the payment process so I can pay online ahead. She was super patient when I was having problems! Delivery was awesome they both had masks and gloves and everything came perfect and on time. Being able to do it cashless was great. What a time to be alive lol I will definitely be ordering from Pineapple Express again!!!!

I miss on deck and how they ran things. This new system had me wait all day with an arrival by time of 3:45 PM. Whenever I tired to call and ask about a new ETA the call would go to an answering machine. Before they would at least talk to me and tell me what was going, now it's just some recording deflecting the call so your left waiting for a mystery. When the driver did show up at 7:20 PM they told me they give what I order to someone else and don't have anymore. So in the end I was left feeling more disappointed at how great On deck was and how slow, unresponsive and irritating Pineapple Express is by comparison.I got them to listen. Plus one star.Until I see a way for technophic and the less comptuer savy people to join in the fun you won't get 5 stars from me.I'll tell you this much. The trash in the streets on my town has your competitors phone number and menu lineing it.

On Deck Coop is one the best delivery services in SCV & the SFV. They can dispatch their friendly driver to your location at a time you specify and in the privacy of your home. Their prices is great and they have a lot of different choices to choose from including Cartridge to the nice Buds! They are 5 star service!!Mark Takenaka
