I’ve ordered from this place for about a year now. And they always have great products and amazing customer service. They never rush the purchase and they always are friendly. I’ve never gotten the wrong order. And whenever I’ve shared with friends, they would love the product compared the stuff they get. Oh and they’re pretty fast if there’s no traffic. And if I’ve ever had to push the order back, they did it no questions asked. I’ve been to dispensaries and had other delivery experiences but they don’t compare to Bento.

This is the BEST online Marijuana Delivery Dispensary in the entire bay area - BAR NONE!BENTO’s website offers some very exquisite green options for those that are looking for Mary. Mostly from vendors that I am unfamiliar with, but turn out a pleasant surprise to try out after all. The entire staff have a presence of professionally, and try their best to make the process as simple and easy as possible. I have used their delivery services over 10 times - all for the right price...What I especially love about their process is having the ability to view your driver’s whereabouts on a map! After you take care of the payment on the site, you will receive the confirmation text on your phone. This text has a link to a map in your preferred browser - and in realtime you can see your driver approaching! It has a description box showing the name of your driver along with the make and model of their car - ANNND with buttons to link you into a message and/or phone call to your driver such as you are capable to do within the UBER and LYFT APPS!). I’m telling you - this place is great!

Bento is a scam. They are 100% trying to mislead you. They will try to attract you with "deals" or embellished descriptions. Bottom line Bento sells outdoor flower at indoor prices. Do not waste your money, you will regret it. If you need flower, go to The Green Cross in San Francisco on Mission St. If you still think Bento is better than The Green Cross, send me a message, and I will personally Venmo you $10. I have documented conversations and pictures to verify my claim. Bento is a scam, stay away!!! For your sake and for the sake of my $10 :)

Giving them a 2 star review I have ordered from them before and every was good . But I ordered tonight and everything seemed good my order was confirmed and I got the text that the driver was on his way and would be where I was in a few mins. And the 20 mins later i get another text saying my items were sold out ?!! Umm what? I dont understand how they were sold out if my order was confirmed and the driver was already out for delivery. To me it makes no sense. Hence the 2 star review . Hope they do better next time . I was very disappointed

Worst delivery service i have dealt with legit make you wait for more then 4 hours not only that if they are late they will just dismiss it and deliver it at a different time more convenient to them. And their "DEALS" are not really deals specially when they charge another $40-$70 in delivery fee. I would suggest getting your medical card and check out @Theraleaf they have raw garden's live resin sauce for $35 on the dot and diamonds for $50. But if you want to use a deliver service i would suggest eaze or at least budee

I'd give 0 stars if I could.Placed a delivery order on 4/17 at 9:10, which they accepted. At 10:00 they text me to say they won't be able to fulfill the order that night, but offer me a 20% discount on future order. So the next night I place the same order earlier, at 7:30 and receive an 8:42 ETA. At 9:00 my order hasn't arrived so I text for an update. They again cancel my order and ask me to order again the next day.All they had to do was tell me at 7:30 that they wouldn't be able to fulfill my order and no problem. Instead this bullsh*t. F*** Bento, that's the last order I'll ever place with them.

Overpriced goods that are average quality. Long wait times compared to other local delivery. Disorganized website. Drivers don't thank you for tips so why give them? Drivers don't bother getting out of their car just make you walk down the block to find their Prius. Other services actually come to your door so I'll be going with that one.

Quick delivery and the delivery guy was super nice. It was raining outside and he let me jump in his car to complete the transaction. I scheduled the day before and they were within the 1 hour window they told me. They also didn’t have everything initially and were communicative about not having it that first day and then when they would deliver the rest (next day).

be wary of BENTO. they will let you down. they have limited products and refuse to expand their inventory, they charge more for the same products you can get from other services right in your area. they get new products maybe once a month and only when they run out of one of the 15 products they sell. the company is based out of the east bay yet they claim they are out of the peninsula so if you live San Jose to San Francisco expect a 2hr -4hr delivery time. almost every time I've ordered there has been a problem, from wrong products to missing products to 1.5+ hour delay of delivery. it's an all around bad company. oh and don't even think about enjoying their rewards program. for some reason they revamped it about 2 months ago and now after you spend $1000 with them you get $10 off your next order. wooo hooo you just upcharged me 120% and now I get 1% back. better shops= purple lotus/ C.H.A.I./element/green cross/blüm/ almost anyone on weedmaps but BENTO

I have been using Bento for a couple years and I have been very happy with the delivery, the service and more importantly the products and prices. They have always gone above and beyond, even when it’s my mistakes. The delivery people are always so happy and nice, they don’t try to rush along and are so pleasant to talk to about a variety of topics. My budget isn’t consistent and there are great products for great prices. I usually splurge a couple times a month for top shelf (Concerts, special events, etc). I seriously wouldn’t waste my time on other delivery services. I’ve looked into a lot of them. They don’t compete with Bento, especially with their rewards program!!
