We recommend High Level Health if you need a go-to dispensary on East Colfax because the flower quality and customer service is outstanding.We used to love it here until we met the owner, Don. We have left previous five star reviews so please do not think this is simply a review out of anger. What happen is we came into the store to share with Don that we may have been given the wrong strain of flower or just sold a horrible batch because it gave my boyfriend and I terrible headaches which never happens as we get the same two strains each time we visit. We didn’t ask for a refund but only a discount, as our budget is really tight with only him working while also already spending 75 dollars on the ounce of flower (it was a shake ounce but this ounce had all big buds so it was not sugar leaf that caused these issues). He did offer us a 20% discount on our next purchase which my boyfriend politely declined because it would had been cheaper to simply use the points we occurred by shopping there than use the discount they offered. But he still wanted to call after leaving and thank Don for the offer, as we come here often (and really hoped he wouldn’t hate us for our concern over our purchase).But when Don got on the phone he told my boyfriend “it’s important you remember you are talking to someone who has been up all night holding my rifle. I don’t give a s*** about your problem with the flower you bought here.”I guess he later said the rifle was for the looters which we totally understand in protecting your business and the stress that comes with that but in no way should that be used as an excuse to take your anger out on a customer who was calling to say thank you. We really don’t mean to share more negativity during this time but no one should ever be treated the way Don treated my partner. Please go to High Level or any other dispensary to avoid having to experience Don — you will also find better prices and quality at any other dispensary (minus light shade).

Big fan of this spot. I come here often (maybe too often) with my service pup usually for a preroll or two. They are always very nice to my pup which I really appreciate. Today, the guy looked at the preroll I was about to buy and then decided to get me a different one due to the one being too lose. That’s pretty cool. It’s the little things. Thanks man. Also, everyone I chat with (although very brief as I’m not usually a big talker) is very polite and charismatic. Great recommendations, too. The two guys with long hair are awesome — one dreads and one with more of a mod sun look. Irrelevant to point out but don’t know their names so want to give them a shout out. And of course the gentleman today was very cool, too. I’ll start asking for names, as I want to walk in one day like it’s an episode of Cheers and everyone knows my name and I know theres, too🤙🏽😄

I Am Extremely Frustrated...I Just Moved In The Neighborhood Looking For A Dispensary Within Walking Distance From My New Place...However, I Am Especially Disappointed In The One Strain Selection and Logic For Pricing The Exact Same Weed At Different Prices...So, For More Quantity Its Less Money, But If I Get Less, I Pay More For The Same Thing(Which Makes Absolutely No Sense Whatsoever)Oh Yea, Since They Bottled All The Product, They Ended Up Running Out Of The "Quarters" and Only Had "Eighths"...Yet, They Wouldn't Give Me The Same Price For Two Of The Eighths, Which Still Equals A "Quarter"(Fair Right)Everything Is Already Pre-Weighed Out, So You Get Whatever Bottle THEY Decide To Give YOU For Your MONEY...Also Tonight, I Truly Feel The Sold Me CBD BS and Tried To Pass It As "Good Flower"...If It Wasn't, Its TRASH and Did Absolutely Jack Ish For Me...I HATE TO BE CHEATED!!!

So I spent a week here in denver. I visited as many shops as I could find and had fairly good times at them all. The majority of the people I met in my ventures through Denver's shops were fairly upbeat and happy to have you in their store. But of all of them, I really felt like the colfax pot shop made me feel the most welcome. On my first stop into the shop, they were more than happy to fully answer all of my questions and even provide me with answers for questions I didn't even know I had! On top of having an amazing selection of edibles, their live resins were extremely tastey, potent and modestly priced. Over all I thought the atmosphere and selection were perfect, and with that amazing donut shop right next door and the glass shop a couple blocks down you really cant go wrong!

Was just an amazing experience while I was there. It was my first time today going in and my budtender was Ashley she was just the best and made the experience even better with her knowledge on everything and how she just kept a great smile! I hope other people go in and get to have this amazing experience like I did. 5 out 5 guys haha Stay lifted and Gifted!

Best location for a dispensary. A lot of bands come through here because there's 2 venues down the road. The prices are definitely higher than other dispensaries, but the product is very nice. It is cash only, too. The employees were very kind and one looked like the singer from my favorite band! Got 5 diff kinds of pre-rolls, Birthday Cake, and live resin from here and it all smoked like a champ. 💨

Went there 7/11/16Excepted suggested flower by bud tender and was greatly disappointed...at 42 bucks an 1/8 I did not achieve nor receive a 22% high. So I fall the store ask for manager...none are on the premises and no schedule was available to staffers to resolve my complaint. Left number lets see my results.will keep you postedBad actor's

I went early in the morning, a young blond woman helped me. I live out of town so I had a lot of questions, she was extremely helpful and did not rush me even though she had a line of customers behind me. I bought 3 joints and a sucker. I was very happy with the quality of the elephant diesel I will definitely be back next time I'm in Denver!

1st place I visited when come to Denver. Prices seemed pretty high. $25/g for smoke and $25 for box of relax mints and $30 for a mountain high bar. I was happy with my purchase until i discovered greenwerkz on 25th street.Everything I bought was sold 30-50% cheaper there and they're open until midnight. This place is great if it's walking distance from hotel but you're really paying more for location.Everything looked top quality though so that's why I give it 2 stars.

Was trying to buy a couple medical ounces of flower and ask about a veterans discount but the employee refused to release any prices over the phone and told me to go to weedmaps or leafly. To whomever thinks this is a good idea you need to take a business class or three because you forever lost a customer due to lack of customer service. I do not have the time to waste doing such a thing that is why I simply called. Never in my life have I gotten this response from a budtender but know that I am not impressed and will never think about setting foot in this store in the future.
