The Prime Leaf Tops the chart in high quality Cannabis products//Amazing customer service//And a true one stop for everyone new n old to Cannabis a trifecta of quality product, service, and convince. I really appreciate the one stop of this place. From a local artists glass blown rigs (like bong) to raw papers, they have whatever you need to enjoy Cannabis properly, that's a nice compliment to some of the finest Cannabis products you can get in Tucson. Bud tenders here are always very helpful in educating new patients to conversations with long time patients about it truly is an amazing trifecta I'm happy happened. Can't wait for your second location! Stay amazing 🙏

If you prefer flower as your method of consumption, this is the place to buy your cannabis! I’ve been trying new dispensaries in Tucson lately (I drive up from Cochise County frequently), and this one has got to be one of my favorites. I don’t usually write reviews, but when it’s that good, it’s that good. They’re still honoring specials which is great, their prices are reasonable, the budtenders are all phenomenal, and they have one of the larger menus (especially for flower) in Tucson. The building is beautiful inside, clean, and the atmosphere warm and friendly. If you’ve been disappointed by the selection or quality from where you currently go or just want to try somewhere different, I’d strongly consider giving these guys a try! It may just become your new favorite place for cannabis, too.

I have frequented Prime for a few years. Since the pandemic, I decided to utilize a dispensary closer to my home, which was Desert Bloom. After multiple TERRIBLE experiences at Desert Bloom, I decided I should stop in at my old favorite, Prime. From the first moment, I felt a great deal of comfort in knowing that Prime and it’s employees were handling the pandemic with great regard and respect for the patient. I was in and out in 15 minutes, despite waiting in a “socially distanced” line(which I greatly appreciate). Every employee, including security, wore a mask and showed great respect to me. Prime is consistently the most ethical and accessible dispensary to me as a MMJ patient. I thank Prime for my experience today, and for the many prior visits that were fantastic. Give Prime all the awards and recognition they deserve, Tucson. A Tucson institution that is greatly admired by those in the know.

Menu is hardly ever updated people here are just lazy. All other dispensaries list their products online. Prime leaf wants you to come in wait outside for 20 to look at the list because they won't read you all the names over the phone. Don't run a business if you can't update your menu regularly, it literally takes a few minutes. And I think this is the only big dispensary that doesn't have online ordering system.

Wonderful atmosphere, lovely and helpful staff, and excellent service. If you or a loved one need medicinal marijuana, this is your place!EDIT: Two years later and I'm back with an updated review and I'm happy to say this place still crushes all expectations when it comes to a MMJ dispensary, friendly enviroment, hard workers, and premium bud even on their lower tiers, this is the one stop shop for ALL cannabis related purchases in Tucson!

Very slow and unenthusiastic staff that doesn't respond well to questions or like giving info about products. Active like I was wasting their time to make an informed good decision for myself. Very disrespectful and that capacity. once or twice a week they have a special on concentrates or cartridges that is better than some dispensaries but not the best out there by any means. Mid-shelf products at top shelf prices. They need to up their game to Phoenix pricing if they want to compete let alone get my business :-)

After purchasing an ounce + 1/8th the cashier mixed both strands in the same bundle and put the wrong sticker(28g) on the package. I concluded that my eighth wasn’t in the pack was told to come back to the store (45min drive) to have it added... then was told after arriving that it was combined (31.5g) and was asked to leave. Problems with this:One. Mixing strains in the same package???Two. Incorrect stickers? on the product is this even compliant? Dont send customers out the door with wrong labels and sloppy packaging this is prescription medicine!

Doing pre orders you need more than 2 phones and people with brighter ideas rather than patty. Cake with cancer patients you need more adults less kids that describes cancer as a pain fun level you need more adults less bubble heads that haven't dropped.and 15674 calls to place an order D2 or Downtown dispensary will fill your order not a dealers

Normally my perchases with the Prime Leaf are great..... But on this 4/20/20 they lowerd their standards! This 4/20 they chose to sell the worst of the worst!! They are selling leaf shake in the $4.20 Pre roll. I wasted what little money I had during this covid shut down. It will be a long time before I do business there or recommend to anyone. Shame on you for stooping so low!

The best dispensary I’ve been to in Tucson. Staff is always awesome, and service is faster than anywhere else, even when their line is out the door. They have the biggest menu hands down, and awesome specials everyday. Honestly I don’t know if I’ve paid full price on anything here, it seems like there’s at least a small discount on everything when I’m there. I only wish they had more locations. Couldn’t say better things about this place.
