So far my experience is bad customer service. Overpriced. Will continue to use "the drop" delivery service in GREdit June 10, 2020Changed my 1 star review to 4 starsNice folks. Wide selection. I appreciate that they have a few sugar free edibles available. Thanks for bringing your prices on flower down to an affordable level. Hope you guys keep up the good work.

What an amazing company! I've been ordering Online deliveries from Fluresh and wow such an amazing service!I've been getting my deliveries from Josh G. and this guy is awesome! Great customer serivce, awesome suggestions! this guy really knows whats good! =)Very Happy Customer! i am a customer for life!

First time with medicine. Robyn was helpful from the get go and helped me from registry to order. Curbside, Emma was professional and courteous and thurough in the hot sun even I could tell she was smiling from behind her mask. Security made me feel safe and did all the leg work for the staff streamliningit even better. and the site is beautiful from just the outside. Just got home to find a free gift for first time patients and the descriptions match what I got to a tee. Perfect timing and all around great experience. Now to relieve pain!!!

I ordered 8 select carts on two for Tuesday. My order was short a cart and instead a sample unmedicated candy was in there. I called immediately when i got home. They apologized after leaving me on hold for 5 minutes twice. They said it was ready and i could pick up at my convenience.i showed up hours later and waited in my car for 20_30 (it was overheating and nobody bothered to tell me thd hold up)minutes while they counted inventory to find indeed they shorted me. So basically they accused a customer who has spent thousands without ever a complaints of trying to get them over on a $25 effing cart. To boot the replacement cart does not work and i called twice now explaining with no call back. Im going as high ax the owner , investors, idc, someone in thd company has to fire this manager. What kind of business practice is this? You can make it right, its $25, ur a corporate conglomerate. Is this the message u want yo send ur high spending accounts???? I really expect to b contacted

BEAUTIFUL SHOP! From the moment you walk in till u leave Fluresh staff treat you like a true valued customer. So welcoming! Professionalism is definitely a top priority & it shows! They are very educated in all products & are more than willing to answer any questions you may have. They also enforce patient privacy which is so important. I absolutely love that about this place! I don't believe they could improve in any aspect, even if they tried! I've been to dispensaries all over the county & this is by far 1 of the best!They also have a text prompt to notify you of daily deals/specials! They have a huge selection of CBD products, bongs, rigs & supplies!

The staff was wonderful and kind, the space was impressive!! Holy cow, I've seen a number of showrooms before but this one definitely is high on the list.The waiting room is really nice, almost looks like a co-working space.Mayteah got me my .01$ gummy for my first visit and was happy to share her knowledge about the products with me.Cant wait to try!

First of all there was a weird vibe walking in right off the bat. I was hesitant anyways since the look of it is pretty upscale and not very inviting. Upon entering and looking at the prices I started to feel as if I was expected to buy something. I thought there would be some kind of deal since they just opened but it was the exact opposite. Grams for 12$ and up. Cheapest thing they had was a 15$ Indica pre-rolled which I only bought because I felt pressured to do so and intended to try it out to support local business anyways. Smoked it and it was alright. Gentrified version of a dispensary that belongs on the west side of grand rapids with the rest of the gentrified BS.

Great staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Great store, very modern and well kept. Good product. Kinda high prices. The bud I got although good stuff and did the job, it was too dry which made it harder to work with/roll. The wax and edibles I got are primo awesome, will definitely be back to try more! Don't forget to ask about current first time patient deals! 4 stars for the prices, otherwise it's a 5star place.

Trendy bud bar with the high prices along with it. Expect to pay top dollar for everything, but it does have high convenience value. Products are lab tested, so you know what you're buying. It's right off highway and fairly short wait time as they have multiple budtender stations. Accepts medical patients only. Have a decent selection and wide variety of thc and cbd product. Don't forget to bring cash and plan on paying sales tax as well.

I showed up at 10am which is the listed time for the grand opening. I was expecting a line, but was not expecting a line that wouldn't move for nearly an hour all whilst tv cameras are around. I just want my medicine for my bad knee and anxiety so I can go home and get some work done. I ended up waiting nearly 2.5 hours to get in and I was #72 in line. I wondered what was taking so long until I received a 10min tour of the facility that I didn't need. You should've been asking if people would like a tour or have any questions. Finally get to the weed and no wonder prices weren't online... $100 with tax for the cheapest quarter oz...
