Feedback:

I go to the Reef fairly often because they take debit with a pin, which is great. I hate paying ATM fees and don't like carrying cash. The lobby is nice, the main sales floor is really cool. They have a ton of selection of whatever you could want, and the staff is always awesome, super friendly and helpful. I have gotten quite a few different budtenders and they have always been great. They make helpful suggestions, and honestly its hard to have a bad time when your talking about weed. They round up on bud which is a very nice touch. The packaging is great - you get bud in the childsafe tubes everyone should use. The labels give you the name of the bud, thc%, indica/sativa%, etc. Even if you don't trust the accuracy, being able to store all of your weed together and quickly identify what is what is great. These are things that seem obvious to me, but other dispensaries can't seem to get right. It can get expensive quick but ultimately that's true regardless of where you go. You can spend all day going up and down 8 mile searching for better deals, but it will take a hell of a lot of good deals to replace a stolen car. The security at the Reef is best in class. They are present but polite. I have been to dispensaries with way too little security and way too aggressive security and this is neither. You feel safe without feeling like your being watched. Security at the Reef have been polite and professional with me every time I have walked in the door, which is often. I feel comfortable staying and chatting with staff because I know their parking lot is being monitored. I have never gone to the Reef and had a bad experience. I always feel welcome and safe, which to me is way more important than prices. If you want to go to some sketchy hole in the wall place, or somewhere where they treat you like a convict, enjoy your deals. If your looking for a comfortable place to browse with friendly and helpful staff, go to the Reef.
