Came in and waited appropriate amount of time to get checked in. I told the guy at the counter I was only there for clones; they were out but he didn't mention that and I had to wait a super long time after being checked in. I told him that I was only there for clones because he really should have let me know they were all out instead of allowing me to wait and wait and wait for no reason at all. I understand they're out and that's fine, it was just really poor customer service to not let me know. There's a pandemic going on, to not say they're out of the only thing I'm there for, and allow me to stand in line after already standing in line to check in, showed a lack of responsibility for customer safety.

This is by far the best dispensary . Order online and you get 10% off and it’s just right there waiting. I also love the staff here so much sometimes I actually don’t order ahead so I can go into the actual sales area and talk to my homies lol. They make you feel like family ! Love this place. I love Gregory and the Michaels especially ! Tanner is also amazing .

This was only my second time at a dispensary and Callahan was a huge help! There was a great selection of everything and was beautifully organized. Will def be coming back next time I'm in Denver again. Also thank you guys for giving back to our vets I was in awe that you guys had a armed forces day so that made my trip there even more special with the discount. Heck yea!

Callaghan was a really great budtender to work with tonight! Was in the market for ground flower and he spent considerable time trying to find another variety for me to acquire. The location is convenient and the high potency flower really is top notch (8bit I my favorite, as of now). Love coming here and will continue patronizing Green Solution when I travel to Colorado.

Garrett is the man, always greets me with an open smile and insightful around the product, truly appreciate his dedicated customer service every time I see him. Mikey as well!! And management is always kind and fulfilling. Daxx has been very helpful and informative, and same with Michael Douglas. Appreciate all you guys do, especially during this time!

I walked around all over the downtown area of Colorado to find specifically best location I could find for buying at a dispensary. When I walked in I was completely amazed at the layout of the location where they have everything separated in different categories as well as the staff and particular the guy that I met his name was Michael Douglas was amazing and completely able to help me with everything I needed and gave me an amazing service if you need and you weren't really good prices and also by the way they have their packaging which is are sealed and so that lets people touch it really cool and they're open during the covid-19 has come out come check them out it'll be great

Strapping young stud Gregory took me on a cannabis journey that I will never forget. He educated me on cannabis products that I wouldn't have imagined in my wildest dreams and opened my eyes to a whole new world. Just wow, I have been missing out. Not anymore, thanks to Greg. This store is gorgeous. Everyone that we have come in contact with has been absolutely lovely. Chandler was a huge help and just wonderful on our first trip and Callahan was just as helpful and wonderful on our second trip! They have great deals and are super awesome on your birthday. Definitely suggest stopping by! Our third trip was just as great too. Everyone there is so awesome and kind and their willingness to price match is freaking wonderful!

I love this dispensary when I come into town! From the moment I walk in and am greeted by Dani. She truly is amazing, and I adore her!!! She makes the experience start off so warm. Then I walk in, and the entrance Michael D gave made the whole purchase experience for me. It was the best I’ve had. He explained and made me understand everything I wanted to know. He was funny, sweet and warm, which I appreciate. Great team, choice of goodies, and will always come back!
