Hands down the most attentive and honest shop I’ve been to. The Shop Automotive was recommended to me by a friend, and I’m so thankful! Got my car all checked out and fixed before a long road trip (car had a number of issues) - the team here made me feel safe and comfortable with the care they took with my car. Pricing was on par with average repairs but the quality of the team is far above average!

The Shop is very knowledgable. They very quickly diagnosed and corrected our vehicle. They did the job they had to do at a fair price. They in no way tried to tack on charges which I greatly appreciated. They foresaw some work that might need fixing and we have come to find they were correct. Thank you, The Shop! This is the best automotive shop! I will never go anywhere else. I was having some car trouble, and even though I got to The Shop after it was closed, the owner was so kind and helped me anyway. He carefully and thoroughly cleaned and fixed my battery connection and then didn't charge me a thing. It was a small but lovely act of kindness that I will never forget. Thank you to The Shop!

Brought my 2005 sprinter here to have some work done. Everything they did was done well. They didn't overcharge me for parts and the hourly wage was reasonable. They had plenty of knowledge on sprinters which was a relief. Not many shops both auto and diesel understand sprinters or even want to work on them. The shop got me in very quickly and the repairs were done in 2 days. So far everything is going well on the vehicle. The shop employees are very friendly and know what they are talking about. I will definitely go back when I need more repairs.

Adam, and John, and the whole crew here is amazing. Super knowledgeable, super friendly, and a group of hard workers that go in depth to make sure you know exactly what is going on with your car. They let me know all the good (and bad things) going on with my car when I brought it in after an accident, and they kept on assisting until it was completely fixed. They were flexible and worked quickly when compared to other shops. My partner and I go to the shop and would recommend anyone to go!

I cannot say enough good things about the shop automotive. These guys are probably the most thorough, competent, honest and incredibly intelligent mechanics I have encountered. John, the owner, has great and extensive experience and know-how from his career as a mechanic and it shows when you talk to him about your own vehicle. Jason Patton (another mechanic at the shop automotive) is NASA mechanic smart. He really really knows his stuff and is extremely informed and passionate about his work. This is the kind of shop I want to do business with. Try them out, you won't go wrong.

The Shop took care of my Subaru outback after a breakdown causing it to be towed. Jason and John were able to work within my budget, giving me an honest opinion of what was priority, and what fixes could wait on an old vehicle like mine. They stand behind their work, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I have recommended them to friends, and am happy to have a trustworthy local mechanic shop.

The guys at The Shop rock! They've helped me a ton with my Sprinter van, even when I was having issues on a road trip and had to call them up / email them. Customer service is top-notch, vehicle repairs were spot-on; I'm very happy to have discovered The Shop knows how to work on Sprinters, they're definitely my go-to shop now!!!

The Shop Automotive LLC is my go-to mechanical shop. They have taken excellent care of me and my Dodge Pickup. I have complete confidence in them. They are smart, competent, honest, and pleasant to deal with. The shop is clean, well-equipped, and professional in every regard. They never try to upsell you and if they say you need work, you need it. If you don't need it, they tell you so. You really can tell they are on the side of the customer.

I first came to their shop when my 16 y/o Jaguar XJ8 dumped all it's radiator fluid on the ground. I am new to town, having moved in March 2018. The tow truck driver suggested I take it to The Shop Automotive. Jason was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. There aren't many shops that can even understand my car, let alone fix it. I'm lucky to find such an honest, transparent and reliable mechanic shop. I'm never taking my car anywhere else. I know he will take care of my car, so that I can keep enjoying my Jaguar for many years to come.I'm about to buy another car, and he will be doing my final inspection before I buy it. You can trust them with your favorite ride, they really care! And they do the best job ever!!
